"We had a terrible experience staying at this place. The room itself was acceptable. Not much complains. However , the first thing we noticed was we were required to pay a deposit of RM200 after we have fully paid the room fees of RM130 ++. This was NEVER mentioned in the website. It was mentioned only after we requested for the keys. So, no deposit - no key card to enter. The parking and lifts are the scariest i have ever experienced. Please note - this place git no human beings to assist you. ALL through Wasapp communication. ALL automated response. Getting your card out of the safety box is a hassale. There is NO reception. The ground floor looks absolutely terrible and uninviting. DO NOT BRING your family or friends here. YOU WILL REGRET IT."

"This is not a hotel, it's an apartment Airbnb located about a 10-minute drive from Joker Walk. The room itself is reasonably clean but it lack of basic amenities. There is no bottled minerals water provided—only a water dispenser—and essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and lotion are not included, it just provided one bottle of shampoo and body wash and it placed on the floor, making it uncomfortable to use. Another issue is that only one room access card and elevator access card , which can be quite inconvenient for multiple guests. The bathtub setup is also inconvenient and impractical, as it is located at the middle between kitchen and bedroom. If someone wants to use it, others are essentially restricted from moving between the two areas. To make matters worse, the hot water for the bathtub is not actually hot, making it unusable. Additionally, the property requires a RM150 deposit at check-in. It is recommended to pay in cash, as it will be refunded immediately upon checkout. If paid by credit card, the refund process may take one to two weeks. Overall, while the place is acceptable for a short stay, the lack of amenities and inconvenient layout may not meet expectations."
