Private: park (fenced), flowers and trees, swimming pool (6 x 10 m, depth 130 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 05.May. - 01.Oct.). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Cook on request. Pre-arrival grocery service. Airport transfer (extra). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, grocery, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Polvese 4 km, Perugia 25 km, Cortona 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Trasimeno 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Good, quiet location, easy to reach by car, you can walk to the center of the village for gelato and dinner at a restaurant. Good beds. The level of equipment in the kitchen was poor, the knives were dull, and there were few dishes compared to the number
