Yhteinen alue on pieni, ja puhelimen lataamiseen on vain kaksi pientä paikkaa. Suihkutilassa ei ole edes hiustenkuivaajaa, ja kylpyhuone ei ollut puhdas. Mikä tärkeintä: pidä kaikki tavarasi lukittuna ja mukanasi aina, jos yövyt täällä. Muuten ne saattavat kadota. Varasin kolme yötä, mutta lähdin kahden yön jälkeen."

"Hotel situation: I was very surprised to be in such a prime location. There is a subway station at the door and the famous Vinnci Capital Hotel in Spain is across the street. It takes 20 minutes to walk to various popular streets and the Prado Museum. Although it is in a busy street, it is a relatively quiet street in the bustle. The room windows are very soundproof and the decoration is very exquisite. It can be seen that the hotel owner has good taste. What is more worthy of praise is the front desk staff. It is not just one nice, but every one is so nice. When I returned to the hotel from the busy street, I was greeted by a warm, sincere and friendly receptionist. The feeling of this trip was so good! Because of the shuttle bus, it was not their fault, but Ctrip's fault, but they said they were sorry! They upgraded the room type for me. Next to the street is a Japanese restaurant and then a Thai restaurant. The owner of the Japanese restaurant is Chinese, hahahaha. It was a bit of a hassle to book this hotel. Ctrip details stated that there is a 24-hour free shuttle between the airport and the hotel. I traveled alone and it was a late flight. It would be safe with a shuttle. So I booked it without hesitation. Later, when I asked about the shuttle bus schedule, I was told there was no shuttle bus. I wanted to cancel the order, but they refused. Later, it was transferred to manual labor, but the matter was left unresolved. I gave Ctrip a bad review."
