We loved Vincci Soho hotel. We were lucky and our rooms were ready in order to have an early check in. Staff was very helpful. Its rooms and location made our stay fantastic. I will definitely stay again at Vincci Sobo hotel when I am back to Madrid.

床很舒服 房間也挺好的 早餐不錯，火腿和芝士的種類都不少，水果蔬菜都比較新鮮，菠蘿挺甜的， Checkin的小姐姐人也很好，雖然英語口音很重但還是很努力的在説，哈哈哈

У них очень топая система приехали в 00:00 и оплачено полностью сумму и на месте передумали посмотреть карту с которой мы бронировали или они не заселят и не вернут денег..!!!! И карта не было собой и попробовал объяснить в ресепшн но без смысла, после этого я полицию позвонил потом они сами заселяли нас . Этот то что случилось один час мы стояли ждать а ресепшн Во время проживания они даже не улыбаются как будто мы бесплатно живём . Короче 0 ноль
