Been in this hotel several times as it has a really good location and newly renovated rooms. The check-in experience could improve more. I wasn’t informed of my check-out time. Also mentioned, that he gave me an upgrade but turned out it’s the same room I booked. The check-out experience was good. I checked-out around 9am on April 8. I think the young lady assisted me is new staff which is fine, so another lady helped her and teach her how to do. The lady was nice and accommodating. I forgot to look for her name. She’s with the short hair and was wearing a black coat. I believe she’s the Manager. Anyway, good job and thank you for the warm service. Overall, it’s a good hotel. I would come back and choose this hotel again and again.

第二次去澳門還是選擇他們家酒店，乾淨整潔衞生，手機平板充電方便，地理位置也好優越，公交就在附近很少方便，總體感覺很好。
