"I come here every few months and I just love it It’s a Premier Inn - no shocker there. . But it’s the team. You genuinely think you’re sat in your local. Someone on here has left a review saying it’s like Faulty Towers. It is, but for all the best reasons. I sat at dinner tonight and they just remember regular guests, banter with them, remember their drinks, know if they have a meal deal. They are friendly and care and really take the time to make you feel like a ‘guest’. The chef - I watched him tonight make all the meals - he was busy - but he does it with care and attention and food was cooked perfectly. How rare is that for a hotel chain that churns out the same food? It’s a lovely hotel simply because of the staff. They make it such a lovely ‘home from home’ experience, which is especially important when most of us are clearly here for work."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Minulla oli ihana oleskelu Citi Hotel Luton. Hotelli oli puhdas, mukava ja mukava sijaitsee lähellä kaupungin keskustaa ja liikenneyhteyksiä. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen, ammattilainen ja aina halukas auttaa kaikki pyynnöt. Huoneeni oli hyvin ylläpidetty, hiljainen ja varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitsin mukavaa oleskelua. Check-in ja check-out prosessi oli nopea ja vaivattomasti. Erityisesti vaikutti erinomainen rahan arvo ja tervetullut ilmapiiri koko hotellissa. Suosittelen Citi Hotel Lutonia kaikille, jotka vierailevat Lutonissa, liiketoiminnan tai vapaa-ajan vuoksi. Jään varmasti takaisin seuraavalla vierailulla."

"A old fashioned British coaching inn in character. We spent one night here before flying out early morning from the airport. The room was OK but everything was old and a bit shabby but worst of all there was NO hot water for a shower - plenty of cold but when you turned up the heat the water supply just stopped - NO water :( Not acceptable in a hotel in the UK. This was after we had eaten in the restaurant. The food was Ok , generous portions but the hamburger was very plain with a lot of potatoes but not as described on the menu. The room was also quite noisy - the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything - especially annoying when we had so little time to rest (we had to be at airport at 5:30am. The staff were very nice and friendly and it seems a pity to have to write such a review but... The price seemed good but on reflection pay a little more and try somewhere else - sadly cannot recommend this at all."

"We booked a twin bed room/chalet called "Ruby" when we arrived we were informed that this had been changed to another room with a double bed. We found the room cold, musky smelling, dirty and kitted out with worn our furniture. Advertised with "climate-control" in fact was an electric radiator that wasn't working. We left the place after 15 minutes and didn't stay the night. If you do stay be careful trying to get out of the narrow lane where the property is situated, it comes onto the A6 Bedford road which is very busy, you'll need to have you wits about you."
