The rooms and food were excellent, the staff were very friendly, especially Vijay, Anusree and Sourav. Pizza and noodles was vero delicious. Speciale thanks to Restro Manager Ashish for make our stay very comfortable.

Park Plaza. It's not without reason that I love choosing this great hotel. The arrival and the reception in the lobby fascinate me every time and you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. The time flew by and I was extremely satisfied with the reception, the service in the rooms, The food is fantastic and plentiful and of a high quality. Thanks to the nice staff who put a smile on our faces every day at breakfasts.

We had kitty party at Orient Blade and i can express my word through this online platform that restaurant food was amazing and service was really great and ambiance too. Especially, we love tofu karpoo and fried dumpling ***** with awesome mocktails. i would rather suggest whosoever that love Chinese food. please visit this place and you people diffidently admire everything once you have the experience of this place.

Whist the general communal areas where all good and the staff were very friendly, the rooms themselves were definitely NOT five star but at best, 3* The rooms are VERY tired and desperately need refreshing. Broken floors, mirrors and toilets that don't flush amongst other issues. After the first of three nights stay we wanted to checkout and shift to the Radisson but were offered a THIRD room; yes, we'd already experienced problems in two rooms. We decided to stay. I also asked that as a gesture of goodwill that they do a bag our laundry (their standard laundry bag) on a complimentary basis, which they agreed. After receiving our laundry back, we also received a bill in excess of INR 5000. After being challenged, they did discount the bill but nonetheless, they charged me for something they agreed would be a goodwill gesture. Overall, other than the rooms, it's not a bad place but if you'd like to sleep in a 5* room, don't bother booking here.

The service level is very good and I would for sure recommend the stay and the food to everyone who is going you be around this year
