Quezon Premier Hotel Lucena arvostelua

Our family truly had a wonderful experience here. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing, and check-in was fast and hassle-free. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were attentive and approachable, and the food was really good. We enjoyed every part of our stay and will definitely come back again.

Not the best place to stay but for one night stay it is okay. - Place if far from restaurants/coffeeshops - Place and room are dirty - Couldnt swim because it is full kids, you may imagine it already - Wooden walls, you csn definitely hear people from other rooms - Windows are broken

ホテルには夜に到着したが入口に大きな恐竜がいるのでホテルを探しやすかった。 ホテルの近くにはコンビニやカフェがありホテルの中にも低価格なレストランがあり、とても便利です。

Overall our stay was very pleasurable. The only issues we had were that the pool was colder than we were hoping for and the mattress was thin.

Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!

The room was smelly and stinks! We occupied room F14.

Couldn't even get clean towels when we asked for them. No dining areas nearby, have to take tricycle. Room was small. But, I guess you get what you pay for.
