Although we only saw one bird pecking at food during birdwatching, seeing a white-rumped magpie in the wild was still very satisfying. The guesthouse lobby is also very unique; the vintage furniture and decorations seem carefully sourced, surpassing the standards of seaside guesthouses/hotels I've seen in Thailand. The treehouse has air conditioning and windows that can be opened, providing fresh air and warmth. The blue peacocks are often quiet guests on the rooftop or outside the windows."
