The facilities are complete, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is good. However, there aren't many restaurants nearby, so we had to take a taxi to eat out. Delivery services are available, though. The hotel was reasonably priced during the Chinese New Year, which is why we chose it. If it were closer to the city center, the prices would be exorbitantly high during the holiday."

"Traveling with a baby, the stay experience exceeded expectations. The parent-child room is spacious, specially arranged for children to play in a small corner, the supporting children's supplies are complete, and the store is very thoughtful. The whole house is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and stable hot water and air conditioning. The environment of the villa is cured, surrounded by green plants, and children can walk and play outdoors. The staff is gentle and patient, the whole check-in process is simple and worry-free, the privacy is very good, away from the city noise, walking the baby to relax, it is highly recommended for parents and children to stay!"

"I booked a room for a few hours. • First, I want to say that the receptionist, the woman in the black uniform with a bun hairstyle, was very unfriendly. Check-in required a phone number, but I had just returned from abroad and didn't have one. When she first asked, I said I didn't have one, and she impatiently asked me to repeat myself. Did I owe her money? Or was she forcing me to do this job? Since I chose this service industry job, I shouldn't bring my emotions to work, and I shouldn't let my emotions become my attitude. • Secondly, the room was unclean. The bathroom smelled sour. • Ordering takeout meant the delivery riders came right up to the room. So what's the point of using a card to select floors in the elevator? • The lighting was utterly mindless. "The boutique room I ordered, bed 1.8, was marked as "some have windows." When I went to the store, I was told that the bed 1.8 had no windows, and only the bed 1.4 had windows, which was a bit of a headline. Then, the power strips on both sides of the bed were out of power, and it was inconvenient to use my mobile phone at all. I called an electrician to fix it. Two big men came in and stamped on me everywhere. The aunt also came in and there were so many people in the same room. They made a lot of noise and couldn't fix it for a long time. I didn't complain about the leakage in the shower room. The cleaning lady told me a lot, asking me to use something to block it, and you blamed me for the problem with your facilities. I blame me for not using the pad. Auntie tried to find the pad but couldn't find it and said she forgot to put it away. Then it was very noisy outside. A group of cleaning ladies were chatting there. The sound insulation effect was very poor and there was noisy noise during the day and night. Very bad experience. I’ve never given a negative review, this is my first time"

"Staying in a modern room within a centuries-old Tulou was an incredible experience! They even installed an elevator in the Tulou, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is right next to the Tulou Prince scenic area, and there's parking available for those driving. What made it even better was the fantastic evening show; we specifically came for it and felt it was totally worth the trip! My only minor complaint is that the mattress was a bit too soft, and after a day of driving, it wasn't great for my back. Luckily, there was a firm daybed I could sleep on. I'd recommend visiting during the off-season; it's quieter at night, and you'll feel like you have the whole Tulou to yourself for photos. However, it's still a good idea to bring noise-canceling headphones, otherwise, you might get woken up early by tour groups checking in."
