Ah Hao at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, patiently guiding us through check-in and proactively informing us about facility operating hours. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, and the Mousse bedding was very comfortable. The hot spring environment is excellent, really impressive! I especially want to commend Brother Jinhao. When I told him all the charging spots were taken and I couldn't charge my car, he monitored it for me and contacted me immediately when a spot opened up. That really touched me – they genuinely care about their guests. Everything is new since it was recently renovated. I'll definitely bring my relatives and friends here again."

"Having stayed at other Ramada hotels before, I chose the Ramada for my trip to Longmen. It was a truly remarkable choice. This hotel is arguably the best in Longmen County, with excellent amenities. The guest rooms were large, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The views overlooking Zengjiang River and Fenta Mountain Forest Park were particularly stunning. The staff were warm and courteous, and deserve praise. They even provided complimentary milk and fruit every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality, which I highly recommend. Parking at the hotel was convenient and free. A souvenir was also given upon departure. Having visited many county towns, I rarely find a hotel this good and this value-for-money. Highly recommended."
