房間很整潔，入住方便，離客運大樓也很近。

優品迎希思羅機場4號客運大樓酒店是一個出色的住宿選擇，提供舒適且設備齊全的房間。酒店的位置非常便利，靠近希思羅機場4號客運大樓。雖然距離2號客運大樓稍遠，但仍能夠輕鬆到達。

Fine for 1 night with a 2 minute check in. Food choices are not great but the room was quiet and fine for a few hours sleep before flying. Heathrow - T4 Departures Floor 2 Near Gate G Walk 5-7mins (Covered Bridge)

Strategically located near to Heathrow T4, easy access to both Elizabeth and Piccadilly line. Bed was super comfy for a good night sleep. The buffet breakfast at 13.99 per pax was porky delicious ad worth it. Highly recommended to stay for easy access to transportation options and accessibility.

出行比較方便，性價比還不錯，英式早餐內容豐富，值得購買。到酒店早了，有很多人在等check-in的開始時間，如果房間已空置的話酒店完全可以更靈活些，讓客人早點入住。

12月末に2泊しました。ホテルのスタッフはみなさん感じよく、何かお願いしようとしていたらすぐ察して下さり声をかけてくれました。 部屋には必要最低限のものがあり、冷蔵庫、スリッパはありません。 USBケーブルを指すコンセントは何故か使えず、イギリスのアダプターが必要でした。 チェックアウトした日は荷物を16時ぐらい迄預けることが出来助かりました。

Good location, especially if you have flight at T4. However, found the staff was not that helpful, especially those work in Costa on the ground floor.

Service, food and location is great. Amenities are awful, no bottle of water, no tooth pasta, very basic soaps/shampoo. They have a vending machine to buy everything but can’t provide even small amounts of tooth paste.

每次來倫敦希斯路機場，都是入住這間酒店住一晚，雖然較遠，但因價格較其他機場酒店較經濟，房間衛生和設備尚可，但可惜沒有免費寄存服務，須上網付費訂購寄存務服才可使用。

感覺良好，服務人性化，職員親切友善，房間整潔，房內設施亦整齊合理，足夠應用。上次入住時有咖啡機的，但今次巳轉為包裝咖啡。
