服務：前台服務員很熱情，有問必答。 房間挺大，空調很足。酒店位置很方便坐地鐵、公交和火車。從機場坐火車可以直接到酒店。

outrageously expensive. takes advantage from the fact that location is just perfect.

A typical Premier Inn but when I mentioned that the previous one had a very high bed and bath they put me in an accessible room which was great. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Staff very friendly. Overpriced of course as ideal location for trains.

The rooms wasn't really in a Premier Plus state. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and waived the early check in fee, altho i feel this really should be included with premier Plus. The bed was very comfortable, but over all, the room looked tired. The leatherette desk chair was very bitty around the top. The corners of the bedroom walls were chipped with areas of paint missing. The bathroom looked like the paint had run down the walls, and there was areas of mould in the shower grout were it had not been cleaned properly. We also had to ask for an extra set of towels for the room, as there was just 1 bath towel and 1 hair towel between us. The towels were happily given on request, but it's not something that should need to be requested when two guests are sharing a room. I have always stayed at Premier Inn when visiting London, and have never had cause to complain. However, the considerable extra money payed for the Premier Plus room was very very poor value.
