Imperial Court Suites arvostelua

Was not informed that the reception is at another address. Seems like a common problem. Receptionist was very slow and I had to wait 10mins while she checked with her manager to verify that my room is prepaid, then she gave me the wrong info on the room floor. The room itself is decent for an apartment but still not like how pretty it is in the pictures. The shower head is leaking and falling off its nails. The living room floor was wet after a light rainy day, don’t know where the water leaked in from! The hallways and reception area looks like a sleazy motel set. There was a stash of fire extinguishers at the basement. When someone walks outside or closes the door you’ll hear it loud and clear. Lift landing is between floors and corridors are super narrow. I would not stay here again and don’t think it deserves more than 2 stars in any rating.
