As the size of the bed was changed to double, it is more likely the door may touch the bedframe when you open the door widely from inside the room. Nevertheless, I am dismayed to read you had issues to find a taxi. Please be assured, our Front Office team is available 24-hours a day and always happy to assist to make our guests departure more comfortable. In regards few sockets, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I addressed it to our Maintenance manager with the view for future improvements. Nevertheless, I was dismayed to read that you faced many minor problems during your 4-night stay, and your mattress and pillow were uncomfortable. I am sincerely sorry that our new mattress and pillows gave you sleepless nights. As already discussed in our response to the online survey, I took your comment very seriously and have forwarded your concerns to our Housekeeping Manager and Design team with a view to future improvements. Please be assured, we offer alternative memory foam pillows if someone finds their pillow not comfortable.In regards shower head stand, the stand itself is permanently attached to the wall. The shower head and hose are portable and can be adjusted as per your desired angle. Our Front Desk is available 24-hours a day and happy to assist our guests with their requests to make the remainder of the stay more comfortable.
