酒店距V&A近，但行李可能要讓人搬上樓梯。

very nice

Good location and value for money. The lounge provided drinks and food in designated hour. Hotel offer storage which is nice.

服務人員都很熱情，但搞笑的是，特地看了這家有電梯才改的，最後被丟在一樓爬樓梯的房間。當時剛下飛機又在高峯下午坐車進城，暈車加時差，看到一樓想想無所謂。酒店禮賓部幫忙搬了行李，一個人帶着孩子，想着就住兩晚上就不高興折騰了。。。結果這個邊樓根本沒有什麼入住率，的確安靜，但是有早班地鐵轟隆轟隆。。。想着多一事不如少一事，白天都在外面，但是這兩天看到入住率不高，明明旁邊就是電梯房，安排在這裏總覺得不太舒服。 酒店餐飲，禮賓和衞生服務人員都熱情可愛，有問必答。。。希望大家入住一定要看清楚房間位置，也不要像我們娘倆怕麻煩就不第一時間更換

How incredible of the Marriot can be. We were super tired after the long-haul flight, by the time we arrived hotel was around 8am. The reception assisted us and told that the room was ready and well-prepared. So we could check-in then. We were so happy to refresh ourselves after the flight. The room was neat and clean every day I could say. The breakfast was variety and delicious indeed. Next time if London is our plan, definitely go back!

Right opposite the hotel has a convenient store and nearby has lots of eateries . Hotel staff service is good and prompt . I will stay there again

房間寬敞明亮，早餐特別好吃

房間挺乾淨的，對面也有Sainsbury很方便，酒店的服務人員態度都很好，衞生間和其他各類設施都超出預期，很乾凈。

畢業四年再回來真不錯

離海德公園很近，出門離地鐵站步行10分鐘左右，很方便去景點，早餐就是英式早餐，房間很乾凈，在倫敦算是很不錯的選擇

説有華人禮遇其實根本沒有，前台服務不咋滴，餐廳很小早餐種類少的可憐，房間在倫敦酒店中算不小的，設施一般，再也不會選擇
