回倫敦參加畢業典禮，離地鐵站比較近，附近也有公交車站，比較方便。地理位置在帕丁頓的寫字樓之中，很適合來出差遊玩居住。
一直都是premierinn的忠實回頭客，性價比很高👍

酒店地理位置超級好，距離地鐵站超近。標準床是一大一小，房間網絡時好時壞。總體還不錯。

酒店在paddington車站旁邊靠近hammersmith circle線入口，過了那條小河就是。房間比想象的大，箱子打開足以，還能撐開放雨傘。總的來説，性價比不錯，比paddington 那家便宜點。設施：插房卡的地方不靈敏，衞生間有一點點味道不知道排氣扇開關在哪裡，沙發特別特別軟。服務：前台一個小哥還行，另一個冷眼看着從行李架拿箱子也不幫忙。

雖然圖片看着一般，實際房間在英國同等價位的酒店裡還是比較大的，整體裝修都比較新，甚至有新風系統。
衞生間也意外的大，吹風機和浴室分開放，兩個人住會覺得挺方便。
9月餐廳關了，還沒來的早餐可以不用訂了。訂了的也能退。
距離帕丁頓站相對比較近，但步行還是有點距離。
總體來説，本來期待是個如家，結果更像是全季。

Good room with comfortable bed although very high for a 5'3" 77 year old. Staff very friendly especially Amina (?) who was working a double shift. I had a room with a bath but it proved to be difficult to get into and even more difficult to get out of! Didn't have breakfast as there was a M&S nearby.

We stayed at this hotel before and thought the service wasn't that great. Usually there are water taps to refill bottles and we can get plant milk, but at this Premier Inn none of this was possible. This time, we had had a horribly delayed journey, travelling 17 hours and arrived exhausted on our anniversary. When we arrived at reception we were greeted by Eli, who was super friendly. We had a nice chat with him. We explained to him about our horrible journey and mentioned that it was our anniversary, asking if we could upgrade to a Premier Plus room. He checked with his manager and on his return he not only upgraded my partner and me to a Premier Plus room, but also threw in a free breakfast for the both of us and my partner's mum who travelled with us. It made such a big difference to have Eli's kindness and positivity and we honestly felt a little overwhelmed. Eli definitely deserves recognition for his great attitude and friendly and proactive service.

Great location clean and comfortable beds would use this hotel again as it was well priced and located very close to Paddington station. Easy to get to central London for our family trip to see the lights and explore. The hotel is clean and manned with pleasant staff. Restaurant downstairs is small but not somewhere we visited

Terrible customer service, peeling wall paper and broken facilities. Staff were rude and everything was an effort. I was placed on the 15th floor and my hotel card was not activated right- staff member was not bothered to help resolve this and you couldn't activate the lifts without it. The coffee machine leaked, the shower door did not shut, the air con was loud and broken. This was all in the premium room. Waste of money. The extras did not appear which was sweets and biscuits/ chocolate and i asked several times for this. The paint was coming off, the room was tired and carpets stained. I asked about the option of a late checkout and staff member shrugged and said the housekeeping staff had gone home, they might be able to help but not sure of the cost It is a shame as the location was good, the room quiet and the bed comfy. But the staff and broken families ruined the stey. I would not go back!!
