The Angharad Hotel and Restaurant arvostelua

I stayed here on the off chance and the hotel was lovely clean the staff was great so friendly went out of there way to help. The restaurant witch is newly open the menu at lots of choice and the food was out standing . Can't wait to sample the carvery

Spotless, comfortable, friendly, good value for money, ample parking. Very stressed after a long rainy drive. Arrived really late. Reception open and welcoming. Booked on their own website, best value.

Check in was efficient with a warm welcome from the young lady at the desk. She was very helpful with some other queries too. I haven't given 5 stars because the TV is strange in that you can only access it through apps. I had to move rooms as my first TV wasn't working. Secondly, having emailed beforehand to check the restaurant would be open for breakfast, when I got there I was told it was Chef's Day Off so no breakfast was available. Apart from this the hotel was warm and comfortable with good parking.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, the bar area was superb with sofas, the reception staff took the time to come and sit and chat to you, newly refurbished and the staff can’t do enough for you, I will definitely be returning next year, as it is so good

One night stay and can't fault the place. Friends staff, clean and comfy rooms and the breakfast was excellent. My only 2 tiny issues, 1. No terrestrial tv but you can watch bbc iplayer, itv hub etc. 2. The pillows for me were to hard. I'd definitely go back here if I go back to Machynys golf club.

We spent one night here on our way to visit family- we had 2 single rooms - both were clean and attractive,recently decorated with comfortable single bed and an en-suite shower room - one was a large single room and the other was very small (so I'd suggest you ask which room when booking). The price was very good, the location is a quiet, residential area, just a few mins walk from Llanelli station. The breakfast was very good and the vegetarian sausage sandwich was massive. The staff are friendly and helpful. Oh and usually there is a small discount for direct bookings. I'll definitely stay there again.
