"I use this hotel (with rooms above the pub) as is the cheap option in Lithgow, and what I need is safe shelter, which is how it works.
The night was bit noisy till late on that weekend night as there was some music performance downstairs.
Room ok ( no thrill). Shared showers."

We are a short 6 minute walk to Lithgow Workies Club.We love supporting our local businesses and located next door is El Latte Lithgow and diagonally across the road, to the right is Hometown Cafe, both serving amazing food and coffee.Located at the back of the property, is free all day council parking. The parking is accessed via Whispering Lane way on the right hand side of the building.The town has both Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets, within a short 4min drive. Bathurst is only 40 minutes drive, Katoomba 30 minutes, Jenolan Caves 40 minutes, Lots of beautiful lookouts and bushwalking trails nearby. Three bedroom double brick cottage in sought after Extension Estate. Two bedrooms have built ins. There are two smart TV’s New kitchen with stone bench top. There are two reverse cycle split systems and one gas heater, so you can be warm in winter and cool in summer. Outdoor pergola area with fan. Tastefully decorated.

- 5 min walk to sporting fields and show ground
- 10 min walk to Main Street
- 5 min drive to Hassan’s Wallks Lookout and Lake Lyall
- 10 min drive to Lake Wallace
- 20 min drive to Portland and Blackheath
Also close to mines and power station, for those travelling for work.
Guests can access the whole house and the yard. There is no access to the workshop in the backyard. There are steps at the front entrance. There are no steps at the rear entrance.
This house is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood of Extension Estate in Lithgow. The neighbourhood is filled with period houses from the 1910’s and 1920’s. The house is in a central location and is very close to the swimming pool and sporting fields. The house is located just off the Main Street and is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and shops
On street parking only. There is a parking spot out the front of the house, and plenty of parking on the street. You can walk to the shops within 10 minutes or it is a 2 minute drive. There is also a taxi service as well.
