"In part this hotel is great, but it has some serious downsides. The room is fine, clean and spacious (although the finishes are very cheap). The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoying this from the bathtub is lovely and relaxing. If there are no clouds, you can see the sunset. When you arrive you feel like you’ve come to a tranquil place, but sadly this stops at around 17:30. On the streets below are restaurants and karaoke and it is like they’re singing inside your room. The insulation is terrible, both inside and outside. Staff will make sure the music is turned off around 22:30, but you have to ask, every single night. Staff and service are excellent though, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It’s advertised with water, and plenty of seating, very bright and looking like a great place to relax. It is not, at least not anymore. As you can see in the pictures there’s no water in the basin, there’s no maintenance and everything is looking sad and rundown. Next to the hotel is a little shop, which is nice. The beach is small, but great and the sea water is lovely."

"The hotel has one water park for children and one large one for both adults and children. Both are super clean and there are guards at each slide super safe with children. It has an indoor playground that saved life during windy and cloudy days when we couldn’t use the pools. There is a small zoo and go cart place so the kids have no time to get bored. The room is clean and 4 water bottle replaced everyday during our stay. My son never wanted to leave."

"The hotel is amazing, beautiful huge territory, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice villa with private pool and jacuzzi, a lot of small things which made our stay really enjoyable such as welcome tea and fruits. Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and windy and swimming in the sea was prohibited we had an amazing stay and definitely want to return."

"🌟 DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs – A Relaxing Family Getaway 🌟
Viime aikoina meillä oli niin ihana kokemus DoubleTree Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs. Saapuessamme, henkilöstö tervehti meitä lämpimästi (ja kyllä, kuuluisa lämpö eväs!) ja antoi meille tervetulleeksi.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). "This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone"

"酒店的地理位置還不錯，出門就是海灘，周圍也有一些餐廳和便利店。房間不是面朝大海，基本沒有聽到酒吧的聲音，房間也會主動備好耳塞。
之前去過上海的花間堂，説實話這次的體驗有些不在自己的期待之內。抵達之前就收到酒店的提示，花間泊在景區裏面，因此自駕需要提前報備車牌號。打車的話，酒店是説提前五分鐘告知他們，他們會派人來接。但是當我快要抵達時，致電給酒店幾次，電話沒有被接通，衹能自己拖着行李箱走進去。離店時也是剛好碰到另外一組客人要離開，才知道酒店提供休閑車接送到景區門口。
歡迎水果可能是錯過了，並沒有收到。原本在前一天預約了海娜手繪活動，但去到當天被臨時告知老師請假了。雖然也得以自己嘗試手繪，但希望類似的事情可以處理得更好一些，比如能早點通知客人，好讓客人可以早點調整行程。浴室的水温不是很穩定，但問題不大。"

"I recently had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Hainan. The hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was particularly inviting, featuring a charming wooden floor that added a homely touch.
One of the standout aspects of my stay was the tranquility of the hotel. I enjoyed a peaceful environment, free from noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which allowed me to fall asleep easily. I was so comfortable that I overslept and was only awoken by the doorbell when my friend arrived!
The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Additionally, the hotel boasts an impressive buffet breakfast, which was the highlight of my morning. Overall, the Hyatt Regency is a fantastic getaway from the city, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation."
