The butler service was excellent, and the package even included a ******* costume photoshoot. The daily fruit plate and yogurt helped a lot with altitude sickness. Alan at the front desk was very nice and helpful, recommending restaurants and more. Also, the medical room has a 25 yuan per bag medication that's supposedly a miracle cure for altitude sickness."

It's truly a place where you can unwind and shed all the day's fatigue. I'm especially grateful for the thoughtful front desk staff; I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast upgrade. Sitting by the window in the morning, enjoying a leisurely meal bathed in Lhasa's gentle morning light, that simple, comforting atmosphere perfectly soothed my travel-weary spirit. For lunch, the restaurant on the sixth floor, "You Jian Shan" (Again See Mountain), is super convenient for visiting Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace! "Though mountains are far, a night here brings peace of mind." It's a place I'll remember fondly and definitely want to return to on my next visit."

However, I wouldn't recommend using the bathtub right after arriving in Lhasa, as it might worsen altitude sickness. The only minor downsides were that the bathtub's cleanliness could be improved, and they weren't thorough enough in checking if bath salts had been used. The breakfast was delicious though!"

Cons: The hotel is a renovated old building, so parking was a hassle. The window faced another building, which was under renovation, so there was no view whatsoever, and we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. Although the room was large, it felt quite empty and somewhat useless."

They also offer 12 hours of complimentary dispersed oxygen from 8 PM to 8 AM."

"I stayed here for two days, and their service and facilities didn't match the price. Oxygen wasn't available constantly; it was only available during certain times. Does this mean people with oxygen deficiency experience intermittent oxygen deprivation? The toothbrushes were terrible, worse than those in budget hotels, shedding a lot of bristles. They didn't even provide a razor. It's really worse than a hotel costing several hundred yuan. Most importantly, if my plans changed, I couldn't change my check-in date, not even two days in advance. Even delaying the check-in by one day wasn't allowed. Contacting Ctrip was useless. I've never seen such an arrogant hotel; the service didn't match its price. The breakfast was also bad; there wasn't much good food. The tsampa provided by the hotel wasn't even as good as a 15-yuan serving outside. Think twice before staying here."
