"Pros: Hotellihenkilöstö on ystävällinen ja sijainti on lähellä pääturismialuetta ja Potala Palace. Hotellin lähellä on ravintoloita. Yksi asia oli se, että ilmoitin etuosastolle, ettei minua häiritä ensi aamulla ja että kerron heille, milloin he voivat puhdistaa huoneen coz, jonka olin väsynyt korkean korkeussairauden vuoksi ja kykenemättömän nukkumaan koko yön. Puhdistushenkilökunta löi ovelle klo 12.00 kysyäkseen, pystyvätkö he puhdistamaan huoneen. Kun varasin tämän hotellin Trip.com, se sanoo myös sisältää yhden iltapäivätee päivässä, ja varasin 9 yötä. Se ilmestyi ei ole totta ja ei kerrottu ennen kuin kysyin etuosasto. Hotellihenkilöstö vastasi vain, että iltatee on peruttu jo joulukuusta 2025 eikä tarjonnut mitään muuta. Tämän tapauksen ja pesu sallii vain 5 kappaletta päivässä eikä pese sisävaatteita kuten sokkeja/alusvaatteita. Olen rehellinen siitä, että tässä hinnassa on paljon muuta vaihtoehtoa."

"The room perfectly blended traditional customs with modern conveniences, and the toilet was heated. The underfloor heating only went up to 20 degrees Celsius, which wasn't hot but not cold either. However, ventilation was a bit difficult; I'd get a headache as soon as I entered the room, but I was fine outside. I booked the room expecting complimentary sweet tea or milk tea, but it wasn't provided. On the bright side, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I had an issue."

"I found this hotel on a ranking list. All the other hotels were over a thousand, so this one seemed reasonably priced. It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk staff came out to greet us. The security guard even helped us park across the street, which was very thoughtful service. Once we got into the room, I noticed we could only see a tiny bit of Potala Palace. I thought to myself, 'This is it? For 800? The owner must have paid for promotion.' My husband went downstairs because I was a bit hungry and asked the security guard where he could get me some instant noodles. The security guard went and got them himself. When we checked out, they helped us take our luggage to the parking lot across the street. The service truly gets full marks. The coffee at breakfast was amazing, it was freshly made, not from the usual self-service machine. Full marks for that too. Next time I'm in Ngari, I'll definitely stay here again."

They also offer 12 hours of complimentary dispersed oxygen from 8 PM to 8 AM."
