"Since the day we arrived everything went the way it supposed to. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming (especially Eri and Bona the sweetest people we ever met), kind, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options every day (you mustt try the sea foods and pasta’s). The beach was stunning—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. Everything about the place was spotless and beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor areas. You can tell they truly care about every detail. It was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!"

"Wonderful place, quiet and relaxing. Room was perfect, pillows are the fluffiest! Air conditioning as it was ridiculously hot. Pool was glorious on those hot days. Lots of space around the pool, but wasn’t lots of people at the time of our holiday. Host Alta and her family were absolutely amazing - they made our stay perfect in every way. Food was delicious, fresh daily and great recommendations. So helpful in every way, the stay was made complete because of her hospitality! Great for animal lovers, not loads of animals but chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese, cats and dogs roaming free which we loved. Activities and water sports available as it’s close to the lake, as well as bikes. Overall an amazing time and will definitely recommended if you want peace and quiet, great food and wonderful hosting! Thank you so much to everyone at Rambuje Resort ❤️"

Olin HB varauksella ja ruoka oli kamala. Hän pystyi aina löytää tuoli jopa tbe keskellä päivää. - Alue ei ole vielä kehittynyt, 5 min kävely suurille markkinoille, mutta odota kävely kivitietä tai hiekkaa, koska ei ole asfalttia. Valitettavasti ei paljon lapsille illalla alueella. "

"Huono kokemus sängyssä punaiset. En suosittele Hotel Triumf. Vierailun aikana kohtasimme sängyssä punaiset saastuneen huoneessamme. Kun tulin, huone näytti puhtaalta, mutta kun yö oli laskenut, nukkumaan tuli sängyt, myös lasteni sängyssä. Otin videon punaisista ja näytin sen hotellin johtajalle, joka painotti, että ne olivat vain mustelmia ja että heidän läsnäolonsa johtui siitä, että söimme huoneessa, mikä on epätäsmällistä. Vaikka video on selvä, että tartunta on tapahtunut, johtaja kieltäytyi hyväksymästä tilannetta ja pysyi puolustusvoimien yllä. Pitkän keskustelun jälkeen hän päätti maksaa meille takaisin, mutta vaati myös, että lähdemme hotellista aamulla klo 1:30, kolme lasta. Meidän oli pakko lähteä täysiyöllä, mikä oli erittäin epämukava ja stressaava. Tämä kokemus on ollut erittäin epämiellyttävä, ja johtokunnan reaktiivisuuden ja ammattitaidon puute on hälyttävä. "Our family stayed at Hotel Liss for the wedding weekend of our daughter (American) and her husband (Albanian). The wedding was held at Hoteli Gjuetise on a Sunday night and there were 45 family and friends who stayed at Hotel Liss for three days. There are not enough superlatives to describe the hospitality of this hotel, its owners, and staff, and how graciously they met the needs of guests from around the world, including helping to coordinate taxi transport within Lezhe and to the airport. Their bridal suite was decorated with balloons, flowers, and champagne. The bar was stocked with the renowned Kallmeti wine, as well as a wide range of cocktails appealing to a variety of international tastes. The indoor bar and outdoor patio were perfect for accommodating guests who mingled and gathered before and after dinner. The Hotel Liss restaurant hosted dinner for these 45 guests on Saturday night: multiple courses, variety of salads and cheeses, fresh breads, perfectly prepared beef and chicken dishes, vegetable fergese for the vegetarian guests, tres leches cake for dessert. The food at all meals during the weekend was fresh, locally sourced, traditional, beautifully presented, and delicious. Toasts to the newlyweds were made at the Saturday dinner and the hotel provided a microphone and sound system for that, as well as background music to create a festive atmosphere. The hotel rooms were modern, spacious, and well-appointed; many had views of the castle. Guests could walk to the castle, take a taxi to the beach, or simply enjoy the fresh air and ambiance of the hotel's location in central Lezhe. We highly recommend this hotel for independent travelers, as well as those seeking accommodation for a wedding or birthday weekend, group tour, family reunion, etc."

"From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, making us feel comfortable right away. Throughout our stay, the service was excellent, and the team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist. The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is also excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. A special thank you to Armando and the waiter working alongside him for their outstanding service. They were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Our order arrived quickly, and they made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Their dedication, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Great White Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent reception service, clean and comfortable rooms, a great location, and outstanding restaurant staff made this a memorable experience. "Olen täysin pettynyt ja hotellin tyyppi pilasi perheen lomamme. Meillä on huone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, joka ei ole mitään yhteistä huoneita, jotka näkyvät varauksessa - huono katse, halpa huonekalut, vuoto seinässä yli kaksivuode. Kylpyhuoneessa, ikkuna oli osittain järjestyksestä, aiheutti kylpyhuone tulva. Lisäksi kylpyhuoneen lattian kelluu ei kohti sifonia, vaan kohti huonetta. Tulos voit arvata. Huoneemme ei ollut puhdistettu ennen kuin pyysin vastaanottoon vessapaperia ja saippuaa 4 tai 5 päivän meidän oleskelu. Tämän seurauksena kolme huonetta puhdistiin. Seuraavat ovet olivat onnettomia, koska intiimi suihku ikkuna oli myös pois järjestystä ja se näytti puhdistuslady ei kääntänyt sitä täysin, joten koko huone tulvi, mukaan lukien heidän matkalaukkuja, kengät, jne., jätetty lattialle. Hotellihenkilökunta antoi vieraalle naiselle töitä ja käski puhdistaa huoneen itse.
