He seemingly goes out of his way to make a great experience for you. He spoke English for us and native Italian for my Italian friends. The room is very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. The bed is comfortable too! The hotel restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and we had the most delicious dinner followed by outstanding tiramisu. The young staff was attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel/restaurant. Don’t miss this one!"

"Voimme suositella Park Hotel edelleen. Huoneemme on päivitetty, kiitos! Uima-allas oli kaunis, kanssa upeita cocktails baari. On Shuttle Setvice (ilmaiseksi) kylään ja takaisin. Henkilöstö oli erittäin ystävällinen. Turkkilainen kylpyhuone oli suljettu, kylpyhuoneessa on vain sauna. Ei ole kuntosalia, mitä olen todella vahingollinen. Huoneissa ei ole kahvinkeitin, vain vesikeitin. Meillä oli hauskaa, kiitos."

"Meillä oli hauskaa oleskelu Aria B&B. Tämä viehättävä perhe-omaisuus sijaitsee aivan kaupungin keskustan ulkopuolella, mutta vielä helppo kävelymatkan päässä junaasema, ravintoloita ja ranta. Huoneissa on yksinkertainen, mutta mukava ja täydellisesti sopiva oleskelu Levantossa. A la carte aamiainen oli erinomainen, jossa oli tuoreet valmiudet ja henkilökohtainen palvelu. Todellinen korostaminen on kaunis ja hyvin yksityisen uima-allasalueen yläpuolella talon, tarjoamalla rauhallinen paikka rentoutua päivän jälkeen tutkia Cinque Terre."

"We stayed here for three nights while in Levanto. Upon arrival, the front gate was locked. We rang the bell, but no one answered. One of the women who works there happened to walk by and see us and let us in. Our room was ready early and we were able to head straight to it, which was very nice. Our room had some loose tiles on the floor and I’m not sure the air conditioner was working correctly. It was quiet with a VERY soft bed. Breakfast was very good. We were also able to borrow beach towels and some wine glasses during our stay, which was great."

"Meillä oli lääkärin vierailu, joka viivästyi kaikkia suunniteltuja. Hän muistutti, että on noin 100 metriä kiipeily ja portaita. Sitten tajusin äitini liittyi matkalla viime minuutissa ja olimme täysin unohtaneet tämän osan. Kysyin Angelalta, onko pyörätuoli, jota voisin käyttää äitini luona. Hän lopetti ja sanoi "Meillä on ongelma" koska polku ei sovellu vanhempien liikkuvuuden kysymyksiä. Hän oli niin lahjakas jäädä meidät klo 7:30, jotta hän voi ajaa monoradan äitini. Monorail on vain matkatavaroita, mutta voi majoittua kaksi ihmistä tarvittaessa. Angela oli niin ystävällinen ja me olimme niin kiitollisia hänen myöhäisestä iltasta auttaa meitä tilanteen. Vaimoni ja minä menisi takaisin heidän paikkaansa (ei vanhempia tällä kertaa, lol). Paikka sijaitsee kylän yläpuolella ja on hyvin rauhallinen."

"Staying at La Madonnetta in Levanto Italy was one of the highlights of our vacation! Valentina and Bernardo were fantastic. They anticipated our needs and offered assistance with making dinner reservations, and pickup and transport to the train station. We didn't ask, they offered. It is rare to have this kind of proactive hospitality. La Madonnetta is a former chapel with lots of charm. The room was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and there was even a refillable water bottle welcome gift. The location is on the bluff overlooking the sea, and is a short walk to the town and beach. This allows you to enjoy the views and beauty of the area while above the busyness of the town. Then when you are ready to explore or go to dinner, the town is only a short walk away. It really gives you the best of both worlds. Breakfasts were served on the veranda with an ocean view - what a way to start the day! The food was delicious and local. We stayed two nights and quickly realized that we wish we had planned to stay more nights in this lovely bed and breakfast. Valentina is so helpful and resourceful. Bernardo has a lovely, dry sense of humor that makes you feel welcomed. Bernardo traveled extensively in his former occupation and has experienced the range of customer service during his travels. He is putting this experience to good use in making sure his guests have a premium hospitality experience at La Madonnetta. If we had more time we would have been sure to take advantage of their elevated lounging area and the warm outdoor jacuzzi at sunset. Definitely plan to stay at least 4 nights! You will enjoy Levanto, enjoy La Madonnetta, and especially enjoy the welcoming, outstanding service of Valentina and Bernardo."

"Very nice location, close to train station also near a laundromat. Out to the right takes you to the beach restaurants and stores. Very nice breakfast included. Has a small refrigerator. AC just OK. And as with all hotels no hooks for towels or clothes in bathroom."
