Lovely hotel, beds are so hard and uncomfortable, struggled to sleep in them, nice hotel otherwise

I choose Radisson because I was previously their happy customer elsewhere. This time, when I arrived after a long car drive, I was initially disappointed for the location (noisy ?) and the external appearance (small ?). It turned out I was wrong (don’t judge the book from the cover…): the hotel had just been fully refurbished, with clean, quite and modern rooms full of all the necessary amenities (I chose a superior one). Good Wi-Fi. The hotel was fully booked but the staff - obviously very well trained - properly managed the situation. I never had a sensation of distress anyhow. Good and varied breakfast. I also had the chance to use their restaurant, good meals, reasonable prices, no issues. Definitely recommended, I will come back.

Checked in sent to room it was not ready allowed girl do do her work sat on bed for 15 min till she finished Friday night arrived back to hotel about 12midnight to find Heather was turned off or broken reported next morning they left a blow heater in our room when wee where out other people told us there room was the same on Saturday our room was not touched no clean towels no milk or tea replaced no toilet rolls had to get one from public toilets I left my company's along with my email for attention of management but have heard nothing also contacted head office but same result this was not a 4 star stay or 4star reaction from hotel management this was a weekend that the president of Ireland was in the hotel I spoke to him on Saturday morning I hope he had his tee and toilet rolls 😢

Everything about Radisson Blu Letterkenny was excellent and exceptional. I quite enjoyed my stay. The desk staff was nice, the cleaner was friendly and exceptional. The breakfast was good. Infact i have recommended Radisson Blu to my friends coming to Letterkenny next month.

The asked me to pay twice. Had to contact trip.com support and asked them to resolve the issue. Had to wait like 30 minutes to be able to check-out. Completely ruined the whole experience. Will never stay in that particular hotel again, even though I’m a huge fan of Radisson hotel chain. Also, worst and most uncomfortable pillows were found in this hotel. Even when I asked for a different pillow they brought me exactly the same second pillow. What a shame. Mine and my gf necks were hurting all following day.
