"The hotel was a very pleasant experience. It is renovated to best point needed. Not less and no more. Everybody was very polite, genuinely polite. No WiFi, nor tv in the rooms. The concept is to meet in the lobby with other guests. We liked the whole concept. Congrats to the managers. The restaurants are also great and the breakfast is given in the bar restaurant giving the ambiance of a nice city cafe. Bravo. We will certainly come back."

"Huoneissa on niin puhdas ja moderni mutta viihtyisä. Se oli lumisate aikana meidän lyhyen oleskelu niin oli myös hyvä voisimme käyttää tiloja Lenzerhorn kuten Spa . Kävimme baariin ja ravintolaan Heid Stibl ja molemmat olivat upeita. Aamiainen on rento ja ruoka ja juoma erinomainen. Mutta suurin osa kaikista osastoista on niin apua ja ystävällistä joka tapauksessa. Kiitos niin ihanasta lyhyestä oleskelusta Sveitsissä"

"Hotelli on mukava, sijaitsee Lenzerheiden kylän alussa. Hiihtoauto pysähtyy hotellin edessä, joka on suuri talvella. Henkilöstö oli erittäin mukava ja apukas. Huone oli pieni, mutta mukava ja toimiva. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Kaiken kaikkiaan, hyvä paikka jäädä Lenzerheide."

"Great hotel and stuff, very positive attitude in the reception. Great nutritional breakfast, and very clean room. the first pool is not warm enough, but the second family pool is great. the outdoors jacuzzi is great also, so is the variety of the saunas. Very important tip: close the deal directly with the hotel website and do it as soon as possible to get the best packages and prices - I took a package that included the skipass - and it was worth it."
