"Absolutely unable to provide balanced vegan food (I had to come up with a dish/recepie). Service is stressed most of the time. Coffee and tea only included in breakfast. Finished at 10 o’clock means they turn off the lights on you. Kids care is very kind and they try with different options. Could be more immersive and inclusive. First for-familys trip was well organized and a lovely experience. Playground is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. View is good. Noise from some hotel engines at night isn‘t to great but closed windows help. Kitchen and concept are stuck in the early 2000."

"Vietimme neljä rentoutumispäivää Da EL DA Natural Retreatissa Lenzumossa. Hotelli on kaunis, henkilöstö on erittäin ystävällinen ja apua. Heillä on ravintola ja baari paikalla. Ruoka on täysin herkullista, 5* kaikki käytetyt tuotteet ovat paikallisesti lähteviä ja tuoreita. Meillä oli neljä kurssiruokaa mukana oleskelumme ja fantastinen aamiainen päivässä. aamiainen on ilo. Olette suurentunut hymyilevä henkilöstö valmiina palvelemaan teitä tuoreet munaruoat, herkullinen italialainen liha ja juustolautat, tuoreet leipää, pastat ja kakut. Lastin tuoreita hedelmiä, mehua ja kotitekoinen yogurtti ja Chia kupit. Kodin laipat on tehty kiinteistö ja saatavilla ostaa. Katsotaan vuoristo aamiainen ja ruokailuhuone on hämmästyttävä. Huoneet ovat hyvin puhtaita ja mukavia, suuri internetyhteys, TV, kaunis kiinteistö ja suolavesi uima-allas. Ulkona sauna ja pesukoneita. Paljon vapaa pysäköinti. Suuri sijainti, kun olet vuorten jalka niin paljon pyöräily ja kiertoradat. Lyhyt matka Gardan järveen ja Ledro järveen, joka mielestämme on niin kaunis ja paljon vähemmän autoja ja turisteja alueella. Vesi on sininen ja kiteinen kirkas. Olemme varmasti palaamassa tähän lomapaikkaan, koska se oli todella ihana aika! Kiitos kaikille henkilöstölle, että teimme oleskelun niin ihana!!!"

"B&B really nice, clean and in a perfect location very close to the lake. Rooms really tastefully furnished, all different. Perfect cleaning and extreme kindness from the guy who runs the facility. Free parking a stone's throw away. A real gem for someone who loves cycling is the possibility of free use of mountain bikes, available for all sizes, of the specialized ones.. really nice idea and in good condition!!! Breakfast with excellent products and varied... I stayed with my partner for only one night but it was enough to realize how much those who manage it care about this place and work well. Congratulations, a beautiful gem in the valley!"
