"It's hard to believe there's such a nice hotel in this small town. After traveling all the way around the island, this is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. It's about a 50-minute drive from Sanya. I arrived at noon, in the sweltering heat. The staff attentively poured me a cup of chrysanthemum tea, a gesture that made me feel like the service was truly personal and thoughtful! The hotel lobby is beautiful, full of artistic flair. The restaurant is bright and clean, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety (I was so busy eating that I forgot to take a photo). There's milk, soy milk, freshly squeezed milk, fruit, and my favorite, preserved egg and lean pork congee, which tastes delicious! The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent hygiene. The disposable toiletries looked high-end. Plus, this is the only hotel I've stayed in that uses Qingfeng tissues and toilet paper, a well-known brand! This experience was fantastic, and the service and facilities were excellent! A definite thumbs-up! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended!"

"The complimentary drinks included 4 bottles of beverage/tea/coffee: The explanation given was that there were only two beverages and two bottles of mineral water. So, it counts as four complimentary drinks. The room had no hot water, only lukewarm. It would get cold after a while. Aside from this, there weren't any major problems. There are relatively few supermarkets nearby. I called the hotel to check, and they said that if I let it sit for a while, the hot water would come out. After 5 minutes with no effect, they told me to keep letting it sit. When I asked how long, they didn't answer. After a while, they said that locals don't like using hot water. The whole thing was recorded (don't argue with the business, if you do, the business is right. The business is right). Later, someone came and changed my room. Initially, there was hot water, but it got cold again after a while."
