I have a good and relax stay here by Exelsior Hotel, the people here are very accomodating and friendly and always polite and helpful....and the room and bed are always clean thanks to the house keeping they do so good....thanks that i choose this hotel its was really a very very good experience and a good choice.

Very good nights sleep, rooms are very large with a very spacious bathroom, bed extremely comfortable, all staff were in counted were very pleasant and friendly

The staff is nice but early check-in fee is very expensive. Room is clean and nice, yet there are some gnats in the room. In room dining only serves till 10pm which is quite early imo.
