The location made things easy since it’s close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept well, which is always important when you’re traveling for work. I also liked that there was a good desk setup and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, so I was able to catch up on emails without stress. I didn’t get a chance to try the gym or restaurant, but the hotel itself felt well taken care of and the lobby had a nice vibe for sitting down or taking a call. Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a quick business trip. Comfortable, efficient, and easy. I’d be happy to stay here again."

"Hotelliin tullessaan, sänkyyn oksensi, valot eivät toimineet, patioovi sulki ilman tuoretta ilmaa. Neljäs yö, pyydettiin uutta sängyä. Talonhoito kesti vanha sängyä mutta kesti 2 päivää saada uusi sängyä useiden pyyntöjen jälkeen. Päivä ennen tarkistaa soitti etuosastolle klo 10:45. Pyysi evakuoimaan rakennuksen, koska huoneessa oli mies, joka aikoi ampua paikka aseella. Vasen huone, kadulla täynnä poliisit. Ei voi jättää tiloja, koska automme oli ympäröinyt. Ei anteeksipyyntöjä tai alennuksia annetut. Hotelli amnestys sanoo, että on baari, mannermainen aamiainen. Ei ollut saatavilla. aamiainen oli esipakkauksissa muffins ja kahvia. Bar oli suljettu kausi. Hotelli tarvitsee suuria uudistuksia."
