"The hotel's location is excellent. We were probably only 50 meters from Xiguan subway station, and it was a short walk to Zhongshan Bridge. Plus, there's a night market right next door with plenty of food options. The hotel room was very clean, consistently meeting the Etap standard. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We arrived early, and since a room was available, they processed our check-in right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

The location is great, right in the old town and it’s a lovely area to explore although it’s about 8-10km from the main downtown area (not a problem for me). Staff member Zhang Meng patiently assisted with the check-in process, thoroughly explaining the afternoon tea and breakfast/dinner times, and even noted these times on the room card holder. This meticulous and thoughtful service was truly heartwarming. Other front desk staff, the concierge, and the parking attendants were equally attentive. Service response was also very prompt. We truly felt like honored guests. Facilities: The executive room is located high above, offering expansive views. The room is spacious, featuring smart appliances and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The linens were clean and odorless. Dining Experience: The executive lounge's afternoon tea was exquisite and offered panoramic views. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, perfectly balanced for nutrition. The beef noodles, especially, were freshly pulled and cooked, with an authentic taste that was unforgettable."

"Location: The hotel's location is great, practically right outside the subway exit. Zhongshan Bridge is just about 200m away, so there's a lot of foot traffic. There are plenty of food options nearby, including A'xiya and Fangha, which are also very close. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness is quite good, especially considering the current competitive market for chain hotels. Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, gentle, and professional, making for a very pleasant experience. Plus, there are kittens! Overall, it was excellent. Facilities: The room comes with smart home features throughout, a TV with screen mirroring, an electric toilet, an air purifier, and a humidifier – basically everything you could need. The biggest surprise was the capsule coffee, using Peet's Coffee, which was a nice touch. Breakfast: The breakfast variety is decent. While it might not match up to hotels like Mercure or Novotel in the same category, it offers local specialty noodles, which is a plus. My biggest takeaway is that for this area, it's a fantastic find."
