"This is the best thing happened to me since I moved to Lahore (2022). I always have culinary issues with restaurants/cafes/hotels in (lhr). It triggers my OCD and sensory issues especially when they put small dessert spoons for food and table spoons for desserts (in most places in lhr) and I hate it. This is definitely going to be the place I’m visiting alone on the days I’m feeling like sh*t and alone in this city who gave me traumas, laughters, learnings and zero amount of people I could call my friends."

"Super stay!! Saima Khan is very attentive leader and really makes my long stay comfortable and feels like home. I would go back when I am in Lahore. Food were great for the price! Hotels has free food programs for helping people in need. Room has great views. Price are well placed. Staff were nice and friendly, breakfast time is always a pleasant experience with Rashid, Faheem and Tayib, as well as 1 more senior person (i forgot his name) that took care of Tayib when he had injury. I just wish i stayed there sooner. Hope to come back soon!"

"Room no 212 I have stayed in different hotels in Lahore with family but I really enjoyed staying in hotel One Mall Road Lahore the main Edge of this hotel It's Prime location near to Governments official office and Especially Anar Kal Bazar Over all experience is outstanding really enjoyed my family here The cleaning quality of the housekeeping team is very good and the corridor smells so good. Highly recommended this hotel to my family and friends"

"The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

"Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I entered the hotel, there was no one available at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes for check-in. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room and found it very dirty and not properly cleaned. Later, I ordered dinner. I was informed on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, when I followed up, the food was still not ready. Eventually, the food was served to my room after almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. The service was extremely poor and disappointing. On top of that, the food had no taste and was not satisfactory at all. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service standards."
