"When I arrived (around 2pm), they asked me to wait a little while as they were still cleaning my room. However, while I was waiting, they even offered me fresh juice and food. The room I was shown to was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in is at 12pm and check-out is at 12pm, so I imagine cleaning can be a bit of a tightrope walk. I thought they made up for that with their hospitality. I had a marathon in the morning, so I wanted to take a shower after the marathon. When I left for the marathon, I told them "I'm not checking out," and they kept my room for me. The 12pm check-out time was really helpful!"

The room was not properly maintained, several issues were not resolved despite informing the staff, and the overall experience was stressful rather than comfortable. "Super stay!! Saima Khan is very attentive leader and really makes my long stay comfortable and feels like home. I would go back when I am in Lahore. Food were great for the price! Hotels has free food programs for helping people in need. Room has great views. Price are well placed. Staff were nice and friendly, breakfast time is always a pleasant experience with Rashid, Faheem and Tayib, as well as 1 more senior person (i forgot his name) that took care of Tayib when he had injury. I just wish i stayed there sooner. Hope to come back soon!"
