Other than that there are parks for hotel guests. tHe staff are very nice they always help us with bags after shopping. We were give upgraded on the room we booked superior king room and “ Redha “ give us junior sweet, Thank you so much for this experience we will come back soon."

"Fairly new hotel in good condition. The room is relatively small, but good for a 3* hotel (with a refrigerator). Large shower. Air conditioning is quite loud, but helps drown out the two construction sites to the right and left of the hotel, so I was able to sleep well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was okay for surfing, but too slow for uploading pictures to Instagram. Breakfast was simple, but as I said, it is a 3* hotel. There is a mini pool on the first floor with two loungers on the terrace and three loungers inside. 400m away is a large shopping center with a good selection of food. The nearest hypermarket (Monoprix) is 800m away. Bus 507 (0.25 KD, taxi 2.5 KD) takes you to Avenues Mall. A taxi to the airport was 5 KD."

"Kokemukseni oli kaikkea muuta kuin tyydyttävä. Hotellin olosuhteet ovat vanhentuneet. On selvää, ettei hotellissa ole tehty remontteja pitkään aikaan, mikä antaa sille yleisesti ottaen laiminlyödyn ilmeen. Huoneet olivat erityisen pettymyksen aihe. Ne olivat huonosti kalustettuja, ja niissä oli vanhoja ja kuluneita huonekaluja, jotka eivät vastanneet hotellin mainosmateriaalien asettamia odotuksia. Lisäksi huoneiden siisteys jätti paljon toivomisen varaa. Käytön jälkiä oli kaikkialla, tahraisista matoista vanhentuneisiin kylpyhuonekalusteisiin. Kaiken kaikkiaan kokemus oli kaikkea muuta kuin odotin, ja mielestäni hotelli tarvitsee merkittäviä remontteja, jotta se vastaisi nykypäivän standardeja. En suosittele täällä yöpymistä, ellei merkittäviä parannuksia tehdä. Oleskelu oli epämukavaa."

"1) It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. There's a free shuttle both ways (※Taxi is 5KWD one way? (fixed rate), so if 1KWD=500 yen, it's about 5000 yen round trip). 2) I arrived late at night, but if I contacted them in advance, they prepared a car to pick me up. 3) It's in the same building as Hollidayinn. 4) There's a city bus stop in front of the hotel (there's no concept of a bus stop, the bus stops when you raise your hand), but it's difficult to use the bus. 5) The decorations use Arabic designs, but the overall impression is a bit old-fashioned. 6) The lounge is comfortable. You can eat breakfast to dinner (simple meals), and there's always tea and cookies available. 7) It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the center where the Kuwait Tower and museums are located, and the cost is 7KWD one way (about 3500 yen). While it's close to the airport, it's far from the center. 8) It's about a 10-minute drive to the new campus of Kuwait University. 8) The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items and is delicious. The entire lobby in front of the front desk is used as a breakfast restaurant."
