Good hotel but location hard to find

Чудесный отель с потрясающим видом из окна на весь город😍😍😍 милейшая девушка Тео на ресепшен, бесплатно дала мне номер на 3м этаже с панорамным окном 💙💙💙, вместо забронированного мной бюджетного на 1м. Завтрак в панорамном ресторане на 4м этаже, там же в течение дня вы можете самостоятельно выпить чай и кофе или даже посидеть с друзьями (мы так сделали в последний вечер: накупили грузинских вкусностей и шампанского и посидели с елочкой и разговорами) Завтрак простой, но достаточно, чтобы не остаться голодным. Я бы добавила кофемашину только😊😊 Пожалуй, единственный минус - не работало центральное отопление (но оно есть!!). Мне в дополнение к кондею дали электрический обогреватель, так что было вполне нормально, лишь в ванной комнате прохладно. Думаю, включенное отопление решит эти проблемы. До центра 10 мин пешком А в целом - рекомендую!

衞生還可以，但是早晨想洗澡發現沒有熱水，放了很久的水還是涼水，無法洗澡衹好作罷。 床特別潮濕，不舒服。 早餐非常好，豐盛且新鮮。

説是酒店更像民宿，位置距噴泉不是很遠但很隱蔽。

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Hotel Balcony Review Hotel Balcony is in nice hotel that is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, in the center of Kutaisi. It is near all the best attractions! The owner, Nona is very kind and accommodating! It is such a great value for the amazing stay you get! Free breakfast, great balcony views, comfortable beds, fancy building! Very happy overall and I have high standards!

Good for a quick over night sleep over. I wouldn’t call it a hotel , it’s a home stay. Very friendly host/owner , she was still smiling when giving us keys of the entire property when our group checked in very late in the midnight. Don’t panic when the google location ends in the middle of the road as you have to pass through another narrow pathway to reach the property. Should have been a great property during its prime time , now kind of bit worn out. Our goal was only to sleep after we arrive in kutaisi check out in the morning to leave to other destination. Owner/host helped us to order McD in the midnight as nothing else was open on the way from airport.One big issue was the barking dogs through out the night from outside the property which you can hear full time in the midnight. Very basic breakfast which will help you not to get hungry. Very pleasant hospitality for a sleepover place.

Worst hotel in experience ever! The room we got was ice cold, not heated in advance and the first night we slept in 14 degrees Celsius. When we took a shower we noticed a leaking faucet. The toilet flushing button was broken too. The beds were of poor quality, and back ache is guaranteed. No one working in the reception and difficult to communicate in English. The ladies in the kitchen only understood Russian and Georgian. The breakfast which was included in the price, Is not suitable for vegetarians. The location is ok but difficult to find even by taxi driver at night. This hotel/guesthouse is not suitable or recommended for any foreigner or tourists. Minimum standard and very poor communication. Even our complaints were ignored and we shortened our stay and changed hotels.

Przykro mi ale po pierwsze samolot spóźnił się 1,5 - 2 godziny 18 05 miało być 20 10 startowaliśmy, po drugie w hotelu który był zarezerwowany w ogłoszeniu nie było już miejsc, mało tego na recepcji nikogo nie było a to było już o 3 w nocy jak mnie taksówkarz dowiozl na miejsce, więc zmieniono mi hotel i położyłem się spać o 3 30 zamiast przykładowo o 1 30

It was difficult to find, poorly marked in the street. Our room was without a window. We asked for a change but it was not granted. The room was very humid, we had all our things humid and the towels never dried. Toilet flush was faulty.
