Charisma de Luxe Hotel arvostelua

We found this hotel last minute and I am so glad we did. It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! It was a luxury very of a buffet where they also had a cooking station that changed each day/night. Erdem Bey and Hayati Bey looked after this and their service was next level. We met so many people that have come back to this resort for 15+ years and I can see why. Thank you

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day. It's also close to first part of the markets with many restaurants easily accessible by foot. There is also an awesome Gym with a beautiful Hamam. We enjoyed the Hamam space that is so beautifully done. The breakfast spread is humongous and they have multiple fresh hot counters. They also have Starbucks onsite. I would come back for sure

We enjoyed our stay at Charisma Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. We loved the beach and pool area, as well as the breakfast.

Love the valet service - no need to hunt for parking lots! Room is clean and reasonably comfortable. Plus point is Starbucks within the establishment. Breakfast is a spread but quality is wanting.

Staff and cleaners especially Inci made us feel at home and assisted in any requested making a good a relaxing holiday

Where do I start, although I booked a Sea View Room, I was charged an extra €252 on Check In. Very rude interaction with reception staff with no satisfaction! Staff in general weren’t at all friendly or accommodating. On Check Out I got hit with a further €200 for the minibar! I drank 6 bottles of Efes, 2 soft drinks, 5 or 6 waters, 2 Toblerones and a jar of nuts!!! This Hotel is anything but a 5*

Hospitality is poor. Not value for money. Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor. Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra. Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.

It was clean and nice. The beach snack bar had very good service and staff but portions were a bit small.

Здравствуйте! Крайне не рекомендую данный отель для комфортного отдыха, персонал витает в облаках, абсолютно всем на все плевать. Супруга 2 дня просила принести ей одеяло, принесли на третий день такой же плед,который и был, попросту тёплых нет, по всей видимости. Я заранее писал в отель, интересовался ранним заселением, на что мне ответили,что у них базовое заселение в 12:00 и что мы можем позвонить на ресепшен и у них узнать такую возможность и тут у меня возник вопрос,а с кем я вообще веду диалог и почему меня просто не передали соответствующему специалисту! По приезду в отель нам,конечно же сказали, что заселение в 14:00:)) Спасибо им, что все же заселили на час раньше. Спас пребывание в отеле номер панорамный, действительно было красиво! Завтраки однообразные,но и на тот спасибо! В бассейне очень много детей…море весьма грязное,чистят спустя рукава и в целом всем на все пофиг))но пару дней можете смело побывать в панорамном номере))

預訂這個酒店到達後感覺比較驚喜，雖然設施比較陳舊但户外景觀無敵，房間很大洗澡水很好👍，設施雖舊還都好用。酒店對面就是一家土耳其餐廳很正宗開到很晚。早飯可以在露台上享用，吃飯的時候貓咪來了哈哈 真想在這多停留兩天。

房間位置非常好，陽台剛好可以看到愛琴海的絢爛日落🌅，清晨看到郵輪🛳️緩緩駛入庫薩達斯港。早餐豐富美味，棒棒噠

服務：是我自己沒有看清購買了一位住客，兩位入住要加錢，這一點沒有任何問題。但是酒店前台一位胖乎乎的中年男staff連我同伴坐旁邊椅子都不讓，像看賊一樣看他，生怕他偷偷上樓一樣，未免有些小酒店格局了坐。 設施：設施一般，正常發揮吧。 環境：環境很不錯，我們來的時候太冷了，如果天熱能下水肯定很棒。陽台的海景不錯，但要和國內湖景房比也差不多 早餐：在這裏遲到了好吃的kaymak，特地問了是什麼，知道後後麪那個超市去都找kaymak，真的好吃。記得加蜂蜜奧朋友們👍酒店是放蛋痛殼裡的
