The towels were torn. 3. I stayed for two days, and on the second day, there was no hand towel. 4. Also, on the second day, one bath towel was missing. I called the front desk to report it and said I wanted to complain, but no one bothered to follow up. 5. When I asked for an invoice, the amount was short by over 30 yuan. I messaged the hotel on WeChat, but received no response for a long time. This is truly a terrible hotel; it has completely ruined the Hilton brand for me."

Check-in was quick, and they provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities and nearby restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station. For a city like Kuqa, the rooms are quite clean. The bedside table has wireless charging, and the shower is quite large. The front desk manager, Mai Wan, enthusiastically introduced the local Populus euphratica forest. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Kuqa!"

"It is a newly opened hotel, everything is new, but the decoration smell is too pungent and irritating. The room is very clean and the bedding is also very good, but you accept guests when the decoration smell has not been eliminated, which means that your hygiene is not up to standard. It is not dusty, but the hygiene is good. This pungent smell, the smell of formaldehyde, is more harmful to the human body. One of our guests dropped the data cable of his mobile phone in the hotel room, but the cleaning staff said they didn't see it. There were no bath towels in the room. The breakfast was average, enough to eat. It is far from the old city, and there are not many restaurants around, so there are not many choices."

We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!"
