The room stank of cigarette smoke, even the curtains were stained. So back to reception: suddenly another room (same type) was available…??? There were more examples of a disgraceful service attitude. Sad. Do the owners/investors know?"

"This is a very well-managed hotel. I stayed here for two nights, and everyone from the receptionist to the food and beverage management staff, room service personnel, and parking security personnel was very attentive, responsible, and welcoming. They treated me like family, not just a guest. My stay was very heartwarming. [heart emoji] The rooms were spacious and bright, with smart home management, and it was quiet at night. It's very close to Nanhu Park and Nanhu Night Market, just minutes away. It's also very convenient to get to Kuqa Old Town, the Kucha Museum, Kuqa Royal Palace, Kucha Alley, and Da Na Alley... Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the breakfast selection was also plentiful and quite delicious. The menu changed daily, so even if you stayed for a long time, you wouldn't eat the same dishes twice."
