I called the front desk to report it and said I wanted to complain, but no one bothered to follow up. 5. When I asked for an invoice, the amount was short by over 30 yuan. I messaged the hotel on WeChat, but received no response for a long time. This is truly a terrible hotel; it has completely ruined the Hilton brand for me."

Check-in was quick, and they provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities and nearby restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station. For a city like Kuqa, the rooms are quite clean. The bedside table has wireless charging, and the shower is quite large. The front desk manager, Mai Wan, enthusiastically introduced the local Populus euphratica forest. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Kuqa!"

We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!"
