"If you're looking for a seamless transit stay in Kunming, this hotel is an absolute gem for travelers. The airport pickup and drop-off service is easily the standout feature—it’s punctual, professional, and takes all the stress out of navigating a layover. I was lucky enough to stay on the 8th floor, and the room was ”super duper” nice; it felt modern, incredibly clean, and offered a high-end atmosphere that made for a perfect resting spot. For the quality and convenience you get, the price point is spot on, making it the best value-for-money option in the area. It turned a quick transit into a highlight of my trip, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable, comfortable base near the airport."

"We literally walked into a “time travel” place back to ancient house equipped with modern facilities, the host was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful too, they led and help us with our luggage from where were dropped off by Didi driver the nearest point before the pedestrian street of the ancient town starts. The hotel is located with the ancient town and a short walk from the famous 金馬Square at where modern buzzing commercial centres located in Kunming. Good place to stay for the experience of an ancient “house” with good breakfast, facilities and friendly host."

"The hotel is not fancy but it is very clean and everything in the room is very technological.
The bed is very comfortable and the bed linen, my God! Bedsheets We're so so soft!!
They give you two bottles of water and they have a small kettle.
Also, they will pick you up from the airport which is super convenient( I'm attaching the picture of the pick up point)
In the morning though, I had to catch a flight at 10.50 but we left later than expected (at 9.10/15 due to some other guests being late (not thef hotel's fault obviously, but I was annoyed cos I had to rush through the terminal to avoid missing the flight) so I'd say, to be on the safe side, take your own taxi in the morning.
All in all, great experience. Good value for your money."

"Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. "I had a wonderful stay at Grand Park Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Green Lake with its relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The service was truly excellent, and the healthy breakfast options were a great way to start the day. My room was clean and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable.
I also loved the well-equipped gym located at the top floor, offering a stunning 360-degree view of the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!"

"Hotel location is very good, closed to both old town street and Nanping pedestrain street. To find the hotel entrance, we have to walk around to the back of the building. the hotel is next to another hotel (Four Points by Sheraton). That area is also pick-up/drop-off point, which is very convenient to ride taxi/Didi. The hotel The room is quite clean and sufficient amenities . Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We have good rest. As the hotel pillow was so comfortable, and helped us sleep very well after come back from the high attitude zones (Shangri-la, we made space in our suitcase and bought a pillow to take home."
