All the slippers and towels were sterilized and sealed, and the sheets and duvet covers were impeccably clean, even better than at home. They also offered free shuttle service, and the breakfast spread was varied, nutritious, and delicious. It was a stark contrast to the cold attitude we experienced from staff at other hotels earlier in our trip. Everyone agreed that on our next visit to Kunming, Yunnan, we'll definitely stay at Citymark Hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family."

The third-floor terrace is perfect for photos and there's a self-service laundry room. Its proximity to the Jinma Biji Archway makes getting around very convenient. The breakfast's small-pot rice noodles and cold dressed tofu with rice noodles were authentic and delicious. Overall, the facilities are thoughtful, making this a great place to stay for travelers."

If you have luggage when traveling from Kunming Station to the hotel, you'll definitely need a taxi, otherwise it'll be too exhausting!
