Astana Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel arvostelua

We chosed Astana Wing after after having a wonderful stay at Puteri Wing because reading a review that staying at Deluxe room will offer the best sunset view. We discovered to our dismay that not all deluxe rooms have that excellent sunset view. The checkin was slow. The room deco was dull & minimalist. There are no power outlet on both side of the bed just one. There is no towels provided upon checkin. In the morning we found out there are no shampoo & body wash provided.. just 3 body lotion (see picture) Will we recommend this hotel & repeat stay? Definately NOT.

The front desk staff is helpful, and you can also borrow an umbrella from LG desk during the afternoon walk. lots of car parking.

Drastic improvement of maintenance and housekeeping needed. This hotel is surely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. I checked in late at night and the rooms had no bath towels, no hand towels, no floor towels. This was rectified when I went down to the reception. However for the next 3 days, my towels were not replaced and in fact my smaller towels were taken away and never replaced. The washroom pattern is 1990s very spartan but clean.The aircon was not cool enough leading to a rather uncomfortable sleeping environment. If mine was the only room experiencing these issues, the hotel would be forgiven. But my group had total 5 rooms and all experienced the same issues. The location of the hotel is fabulous. The breakfast is good. The rooms are very good size and generally clean. The shower pressure is awesome. It is really a shame that the upkeep and software of this hotel just does not cut it. Built in 2018, the hotel looks like it was built in the 1980s. I am sad to report such bad reviews but it has been a disappointing stay especially when the price paid does not commensurate with the quality.

非旺季非熱門旅遊城400多含早的同等價位，無論國內還是國外，是住過房間中最不值得推薦的，房間設施次於國內150元快捷酒店的平均水平，沒有牙刷，有自帶也懶得和前台要，房間潮味嚴重，不過東馬大部分都潮不算問題，衞生打掃不乾淨，馬桶沖水不停，洗浴間開頂噴花灑漏水，開花灑管子漏水，無語～～～

Great location and good breakfast too. Staff is friendly, and they offer free parking for in house guest.

チェックインの時間になっても部屋が準備できていないという理由で、別の部屋に交換されました。予約したタイプの部屋が空いているにもかかわらず、このような対応をされるのは理解に苦しみます。さらに、洗面所のシンクの水が流れず、トイレの洗浄水も止まらない状態で、大変がっかりしました。

設備に若干の難あり。水回りですね。
