Good place to stay. Bilik selesa, luas dan bersih. Barisan Receptionist yang sangat baik, peramah san sangat membantu. Kawasan strategik bagi yang nak shopping raya dan menikmati vibes puasa dan raya..very happening dangan bazar ramadhan & raya, meriah sampai pagi.

Not good service

Reception only one hour person. Parking not free and charge per entry.

Ok room broken abit

First day my room aircondition was malfunction. The room was so hot because maintenance cant fix it at night. The maintenance working early morning. However second day they manage to change other room for us. But after change to new room the toilet bowl water flushing non stop and shower water was problem. I had made a complaint to repair it and they able to fix it asap. Third day Housekeeping staff never clean our room and again we have to make a complaint at reception.

Not so private but still worth the money. Maybe to improve can put a little bit more fragrance for the room and toilet as it is not pleasant for someone that has a sensitive nose.

We booked this hotel for three days upon arriving in the city. From a property standpoint, the hotel is in a very worn-out condition. The lobby was welcoming, and the hospitality was good. However, we didn’t like the room we were given, so we asked for a change. The staff showed us six different rooms to choose from, but unfortunately, none met our expectations. In the end, we decided to cancel our stay. Huge thanks to the hotel manager—the cancellation process was smooth, and we received a full refund without any issues. Breakfast was included in the stay, but we didn’t try it since we chose not to stay at the hotel. Pros: Excellent staff and the inclusion of breakfast. Cons: The overall condition of the hotel—it feels very tired and in need of renovation.

Todo roto, el baño inundado, la cama queen son dos camas unidas, el desayuno son 3 pequeñas raciones de comida picante y fría, sin café, sin frutas, ellos eligen que vas a comer, parece más un almuerzo que desayuno con un poco de carne que es más hueso que carne. El gimnasio solo con máquinas que no funcionan, el peor lugar donde estuve

Muy buena atención, el desayuno variado y todo muy limpio. La ubicación es genial.
