Hotel is connected to Pavilion Mall. Convenient and the staff were fantastic. Will definitely go back again.

Great hotel ,great location , very friendly staff , excellent room cleaning two times a day . Don't take your wife with you all major brands few meters away . Only thing is the empty minibar even they requested deposit at check in ...great three day stayed at the hotel .

A centrally located hotel, close to multiple shopping destinations within walking distance and places to eat, drink and be merry. The hotel itself is very clean, with a decent gym, nice infinity pool and restaurants. We only had breakfast, so can't comment about the on-site Chinese restaurant or other meals at the main restaurant. Service is spot on, room cleanliness is great, and overall the hotel is very well maintained. Definitely highly recommended.

服務：房間打掃的時候居然亂放睡衣，放在了電視櫃。每天客房都有不同的香薰，還會提供線香 俱樂部酒廊待遇:雖然餐品不多，但是足夠了，早餐和晚餐都可以得到解決

On the first day of check-in, I found the room had remnants of fried rice, peanuts, and potato chip crumbs. I reported this to the hotel right away, yet the cleaning staff arrived slowly to clean it. With us being in the room, it felt quite crowded, so we had to step out to let them vacuum. The entire process was rather puzzling, and most importantly, the hotel did not offer an apology.
