Upper Hotel Suites Kl Sentral

This is the 3rd time I stayed in The Riv KL Sentral for my business trips. This is the 1st time I stayed in the unit under the Upper operator. I seldom make complaints but I need to do it for this round 1. There's not a single hook provided in both bathroom n toilet, I'm not sure what type of concept is this. 2. The only place to hang my clothes is the shower knob, but the shower head is leaking, I guess the O-ring was not installed, hence my clothes were wet, that's so disappointing 3. I need to charge all my gadgets on the floor, since no cabinet provided near the wall sockets. Mirror without wall socket, and wall socket without mirror, how to use the hair dryer with mirror? 4. We took a twin bed room for 2 person, but they Provided 1 chair only, Genius. 5. Towels had a strong strange smell, might be the bleach smell. Pls check with your cleaning vendor. Really a bad experience with Upper, too bad I can't upload a video.

Mooi hotel met schone, ruime kamers en goede service! Enige nadeel is hoeveelheid liften met aantal verdiepingen. Moesten soms meer dan een kwartier wachten op een lift naar beneden.

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around. The only downside was the elevator wait time. It often took quite a while, especially during peak hours. It would definitely help if this could be improved.

everything is good. Very close to KL Sentral station, about 5 to 7 minutes on foot. The only thing a bit problematic is the lift, which is very slow. U may need to wait for 10 minutes to get into a lift.
