Very clean hotel and was good location it was so convenient to get everywhere and very easy taxi always waiting downstairs.

Checking-In: Check in procedure can be improved, no idea where is the lobby that owner was referring to in the ‘simple’ check in procedure. Passcode for the mailbox to retrieve the keys was also not crystal clear. Even worse, the access card that is supposed to be used to enter the car park / unit, always had problems at the guardhouse and car park gantry, it has caused so much inconvenience. Unit & cleanliness: the unit itself is pretty clean, but there was a feedback from family who slept in the guest room saying that there are bed bugs. The common bathroom has a stronger and evident sewerage smell. Service: service from owner is average, responses on time, provides answers to queries. Allowed earlier check in time per request. Overall the experience was fine but can be improved.

Nice place to stay, but we have to inform when to come to get key card coz this is residence like apartment so you have to contact owner. But overall all is good. Thankyou for help us get a better rest 🙏

Here’s your review in English: ⸻ Getting the keys was a hassle—we had to wait for the management to arrange a staff member to unlock the lobby and mailbox before we could retrieve them. In the first unit, the wardrobe was broken, and the fan wasn’t working. We informed management, and they arranged for us to switch rooms the next day. So, we had to check out, drag our luggage to another block, and check into the second unit. The second unit had a strong sewage smell that wouldn’t go away no matter how much we flushed. The most frustrating part? The fan, TV remote, and aircon remote all had dead batteries. We had to keep switching batteries between them just to turn the aircon and fan on and off. We reached out to management (Leon), but he just left our message on read. At this point, we were speechless and just put up with it until check-out. The location is great, and the place itself is relatively new, but dealing with this kind of management was incredibly frustrating. Not recommended! At this price point, you can easily find a better place in the same area.

호텔 내부는 일단 블랙X화이트톤의 감성적인 인테리어인데 수영장 수질이 비가와서 그런지 다소 아쉬웠고 체크인하려면 왓챗이 꼭 필요하니 다운받고가세오.. 안그러면 진짜 개고생합니다ㅜㅜ 체크인 세시간걸렸어요...

房間傢俱都很新，衞生乾淨，小區配套設施齊全，地理位置絕佳，離Tex和柏威年都很近

호스트가 친절하시고 질문에 대한 답변도 빠르셨어요. 새로 지은 건물이라 전반적으로 깨끗했어요. 다만 호스트를 만나는 게 아니라 메일박스 룸에서 찾는 방식인데 이런 시스템을 처음 해봐서 어려움이 있었어요. 미리 위챗 어플 깔고 호스트 등록하고 가세요.

房間是兩房一廳，90方左右，一家4口住，整體衞生環境都不錯，已經覆住3次了

位置離中心區不遠，旺中帶靜。有客廳方便商務洽談。如果樓更多食店就完美。
