What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff warmly accommodated us from check-in to check-out and made us feel truly welcome. Additionally, the location is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We highly recommend Inn Rocio for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Baguio. "The hostel is within the city center and easily accessible by foot. When I stayed at the place I did not commute, rather, I only walk to enjoy and experience the city of pines. The hostel is shared but it is way cheaper than other accommodations. The front desk is approachable and was able to provide me with the towel that I requested. They have free lockers where you can put your valuables. The place is secured because of the CCTV cameras and digital keypad lock on the rooms. They do not offer breakfast but it is just okay since there are food stalls nearby. "

"The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The "tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage."

"First the location is hard to find, staff are not friendly, they are not coordinated well, during our stay we are about to redeem our breakfast they said someone already used it and they hold us not letting us in, my question is why they don’t check the names? Or atleast room key? Then during check out one of the towel got stained like lip tint which is washable they over charge us for 1,350 just for single towel so if your planning to stay in this hotel better bring your own towel. The room is not so clean. I won’t recommend staying in this hotel."

"It's in a good location, but the ambience gives me creeps because of the color of the lights. The guards don't help us carry our baggage. That's the downside, they're just looking at us without giving us help. It's not sound proof but i love the beddings, it helps me sleep well. ❤️"
