Avevo una prenotazione, tramite Booking, per 3 notti dal 30 dicembre 2024 al 2 gennaio2025 ma al momento dell’arrivo presso la struttura nessuno mi ha mai risposto al numero di contatto. Da informazioni assunte presso la hall mi sono sentita dire la la proprietà aveva tutte le sistemazioni vendute e che la mia prenotazione non era più disponibile. Ho dovuto contattare Booking con cui non sono riuscita a parlare visti i 30 minuti di attesa la call center che, dopo soli 10 minuti mi hanno consumato 30€ di traffico telefonico. Magicamente dopo 2 ore di discussione l’accoglienza dell’aparthotel mi ha fornito il contatto di un altro operatore che nella stessa struttura aveva una sistemazione disponibile al doppio del prezzo da me prenotato. Ovviamente, visto anche il periodo di fine anno e la grande affluenza di persone, ho dovuto accettare. Al rientro in Italia ho contattato il servizio clienti di Booking che sta facendo mille problemi per il rimborso di quanto da me speso in più, inoltre la struttura contattata direttamente da Booking al rientro sostiene che la prenotazione è stata annullata da me che non ho accettato la stanza da loro messa a mia disposizione. Pessima esperienza sia con la struttura che con Booking

Poor hygiene, dirty place, floor board were ripped, shower head was broken, dirty walls and washing machine was loud. It’s about lie lie lie from the owner about the reviews. Totally gutted as we were looking forward for a family time at KL, my kids were sick from gastro during the stay as we paid upfront its not refundable we had to put up until early checked out. This place should not be allowed to advertise anywhere in case anyone to fall in to the same situation as us. Our holiday turned out to a nightmare, having to look after the sick kids and attended wedding with gastro. It’s very bad experience travelling all the way to KL for this. So please banned this place from advertising elsewhere. I hope I read the TripAdvisor before booking . Totally nightmare for us travelling to Malaysia.

This hotel is very terrible. I booked this hotel on Nov. 28 for the stay 18-20 Dec. I tried to cancel the stay within 12 hours but the hotel refused the request. The Chinese site provided 0 review. Whatsapp not helpful at ALL. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The staff on the whatsapp tried to deny their terrible reviews score on tripadvisor and asked me to double check. This place is awful. Try your best to avoid this place.

the host writes the reviews himself. He does this by logging in with your booking number and creating the reviews himself. location is great with beautiful views. The apartment is not clean and the beds are bad. Pests also present. The apartment is a bit outdated. the host is difficult to reach.

Très bien situé. Très belle vue. En très bon état, personnel accueillant. Voir avec le personnel pour visiter les Tours Petronas même si sold out sur le site. Le rapport qualité prix reste très bon En revanche, les climatisations sont face au lit, le paiement n’est qu’en espèces, la route dégage un bruit dérangeant la nuit.

The reservation was cancelled one hour before checkin! Nu help with finding an alternatieve. It was booked months ahead and left us standing at the airport at 23.00 hours and a 16 hours flight. Luckely we had a great taxidriver who was very helpfull in finding a new appartement.
