Заселили не в тот отель , чьо был на фото. агрументируя ремонтом Чистенько, лифт работал. завтрак очень хороший, шведский стол. кофе чудный.

Good room, a little bit difficult to get into since the check in is not managed by the same hotel but by another hotel on the other side of the street, other than that it is a good hotel.

You have to go to Yarden Hotel by Artery Hotels for the reception. I was rather happy to be assigned to Yarden Hotel by Artery Hotels rather than the apartment I booked. However, Hotel needs a notice so that who can know the location of the reception. Roo was a little cold because the heating didn't come out in winter.

It was very difficult to find the reception, as they are two different properties.I would suggest you to please provide the reception address in your email.

I can only say, please don’t get attracted by the pictures.

Hotel has a good location close to central railway station and old town. The building has elevator, it is comfortable for people with luggages. Breakfast has a good variety and a nice location in the garden. There are bottles of water and tea/coffee in the room, iron and desk. Good place for a short stay.

It's difficult to give a fair stars review as some aspects were very good and others not . The pictures advertising the facility are not true . The appartments are on a street with no greenery or park ...the park is within walking distance . The access to the appartments is eery with locked gates etc .Even though Karakow is described as very safe with low crime rate I'm not sure if I was a solo traveller that this would be the place for me . The rooms themselves which we expected are old but the cobwebs on the ceilings could do with been removed. There is no phone access in the room or fire alarms . There is no direct access to reception unless you physically cross the road . The tram outside runs all night. The fact that the hotel supplies ear plugs raised concerns for us . That said they worked a treat!! No available restaurant as advertised. The positives Close to the city centre Beds were very comfortable Breakfast very good with packed breakfast supplied for 6 am day tour trip

Totally fine The hotel was fine, no complaints, but there was no information about the fact that we had to go to Yarden hotel across the street to check in, we had to ask the locals how to even get in.

I enjoyed the great location, the decorations, the suite in the room, beautiful and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.

HORRIFIC CHECK IN Got there late. No address on the shared building. No hint you are at the right location. Even taxi driver couldn’t figure out. PROVIDE CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRING CHECK IN AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!! Saw this same thing happen OVER and OVER again UNNECESSARILY!!!

A different building Abella Suite was not easy to find since there’s no sign in the building wall. When I call them, they didn’t answer the phone immediately and called again a couple of times. And the check in is required at another building and hotel called Yarden. Please note that it’s a different building and check in / check out should be done at the different building

Boendet helt ok. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att bo här igen. Kort promenad till stora torget.

L’hotel si trova in un eccellente posizione. A nemmeno 50 m passa io tram per andare in varie destinazioni. Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Le stanze lasciano un po’ a desiderare. Sono dotate di tutto ma non è molto curato nella biancheria e nell’arredamento. Sicuramente qualcosa si può migliorare.
