It is a great resort. The service of staffs are extremely friendly. Book The ocean view suites. Nice and spacious. However had to climb multiple flight of steps to the room unless you take their golf car to your building. Then again another flight of steps to the lift. Not too fun if you hurt your legs. The room had a jacuzzi tub which is nice , but when we start filling up the tub, a lot of hair start floating in the water , hence we decided not to used it. Toothbrush are not provided , if you do need one request from the counter. The weird thing is that they only provide 1 door card. Hence if you are going out separately, you have to coordinate on the return with your other half. The fridge is only functioning when the door card is plugged into. I bought a cake and it melted as we are out of the room with the door card. However overall it is still a nice hotel.

hotel is at great location, right beside ao nang beach. but quite dated and not very clean. we actually needed to file a request to switch room because 1. we booked a seaview room but cant see the sea or pool at all 2. the room was dimmed, dusty, musty and the lamp wasn’t even working. Fortunately, trips staffs Hafiz A was very helpful in this issue and managed to help me liaise with the hotel so that I can get a new room (though still no views & next day house keeping gave us a bedsheet with a black shoe-print, but at least better than the first).

Great hotel with good infinity pool really enjoyed my stay

There was no hot water for shower. Our room was faraway, and had to call the management to bring golf-car, sometimes took half an hour. The worst experience I had was when I booked a Private shared minivan to travel to Phuket. That trip should take only 3 hours.  The driver didn't speak English, was very impolite, and took him 5 hours to drop me at my destination. I called many times to hotel management and complained,  they assured me to take action, but I having heard from them.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Die Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Man hat seine Ruhe um sich zu entspannen. und es gibt ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter.

Didn’t clean the room in the three days But the price is OK and location is good

What can I say? If you are coming to Krabi, you should stay here at least once!

Удобное месторасположение, большая территория с отличным видом на горы и океан. В последний день разбушевалась погода, в результате было нарушено водоснабжение и на протяжении 12 часов отсутствовала вода . А так отель вполне неплохой в соотношении цена / качество
