"From the moment we arrived late in the evening we were offered a cool drink or prosecco and were swiftly taken to our room 716 by buggy. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe and we had no trouble getting a sunbed by the pool or beach no matter what time of day. The food is of a high standard and we booked the Culinarium one evening which was delicious despite the high charge for the wine. Big shout out to these 2; Anastasia and Natasha (snack bar) such delightful members of your staff. Theo and Ingrid were very helpful as were all the staff throughout the complex. Entertainment- had some fabulous acts in the evening but would be good to have some greek dancing or guests could have the chance to participate in dancing. TUi trips to Nisyros and Island cruise were fabulous. Now the negatives - our room was let down by a poor standard of housekeeping. We only noticed as we checked out and looked under the bed and saw that the bottom of the mattress had hanging cobwebs and the floor was covered in hairs and what looked like dust and debris/dead bugs including an old sugar sachet. Under the bed clearly hadn't even been swept in quite a while. I reported this to reception who were very apologetic and took note of this. When we checked in there was no toilet paper- we had to ask reception at almost midnight for toilet paper. Also a duster with hairs was left in our room by housekeeping and we had to ask for milk for coffee and new sheets as they had stains on them. The hotel was immaculate throughout and we found this neglect of the room very disappointing. As we had a late flight we asked for a late check out and was quoted €140 with no guarantee of the room! Much better to ask for a room to use to shower than pay to keep your own room for €140 for a few hours. We would definitely return again as it really is a beautiful place with a short bus ride to Kardamena, just not to this particular room due to the poor standard of housekeeping and which wouldn't be suitable for elderly people due to the steep cobblestone walk and flights of stairs to the room."

"Suuri hotelli. Sijainti on kaunis. Ruoka ja juoma erinomainen, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen, uima-allas mukava ja runsaasti sänkyjä siellä ja rannalla. Huone on hyvä, mutta voisi olla parempi, jos huoneet olisi parannettu, se voisi olla lähempänä 5 tähteä, mutta ne ovat tarpeeksi hyvää. On syytä mainita, että tämä hotelli on hieman keskellä mitään, joten sinun täytyy saada bussia tai vuokrata auto tai neliökone päästä minne tahansa. Jos etsit kylmää lomaa sitten ei ole ongelma, mutta jos haluat tehdä paljon matkaa on valmis saamaan paljon julkisen liikenteen. Vanha kaupunki on tunnin bussit ja kardamena on noin 10 minuutin päässä, mutta siellä on linja-autoja päivittäin. Tulen varmasti takaisin, oli hyvä aika."

"This stay started off good with families and a few teens / young adults but mid way through our stay a group of teens / young adults came and were treating the pool area with disrespect such as drinking in the kids pool, jumping off the bridge across the water to purposely soak my family and my friends family"

"Henkilökohtainen suosikkiloma, jossa oli jäähdytys koko päivän. Näimme akrobaatit ja he olivat 10:stä kymmenestä puhtaus oli kohta. Kaikki henkilöstö oli kaunis. Erityisesti ilo. Ja sitten kaikki baarihenkilöstö ja kauppalady. Lots lähellä. Olin perhehuoneessa, jossa oli tilaa ja humungous parveke, me saimme joitakin ansoja, mutta he auttoivat meitä päästä eroon niistä ja antoivat meille vapaa lounas seuraavana päivänä. Se on hiljainen mutta kaunis ilmapiiri. Me rakasti golfkenttä jalkapallo ja ping pong pöytä se on tilauksia kaikille iälle joka päivä. Se oli 10 out of 10 arvoa rahaa. Voi ei odota palauttamista x"
