部屋は狭いですが、エアコンもテレビも付いていて、トイレ・バスルームも割と綺麗だった。ホテル1階のレストラン的な場所で飯も食えるらしく、結構多くの人が利用していた。特にこだわりがなければ、別にここで問題ないと思う

property is average, receptionist service is very late. Outsider food is not allowed due to their own restro, Overall not very good experience, fistly they shifted me in moisturized room which was smelling a lot

Room was a bit small to be cozy but it was enough for a single person. Bed was comfortable and clean. You can not bring outside food so you have to either go outside or order from their limited menu.

Pls find details reviews below: 1) Torn and dirty linen and pillow provided. 2) Room had fungal smell. 3) Room wasn't ready for checking till 12:00 PM and still sent to alloted room wherein electrician and house keeping were found to be working. Was sitting in lobby from 9:45 AM to 12:00 PM and could have waited further on the ground of room up keep in proper way. 3) As per voucher 10% discount was mentioned on food asked for food twice i.e. in afternoon and night but discount was provided only on one bill and told me it's there in their policy. 4) Receptionist was too rigid and firm in her behaviour which is not desirable. For the first time has faced such issues have taken photographs of linen, pillow and fungus present in the room and can share it if required.

The hotel is the best in this price range. From check in to check out, everything was smooth. The reception was very welcoming and cooperative. The room was cosy and had everything thing one needs. The washroom was also fully clean. Even an electric kettle is provided. Outside food is not allowed, however the hotel has a rooftop restaurant, which serves great food. I had chosen for the breakfast option as well and it was also delicious. Overall, if presented another chance would surely choose this same hotel again.

The property is unlike any shown in the pictures. The property is dirty and run by lousy staff. The reception staff only has one thing t say - I will speak to the manager and come back. It took 3.5 hours to get an extra bed. The breakfast was all done by 9:40 am while it should have been there till 10 am. The room is dusty and dirty. There is 1 slow lift which is also used to carry food. You will hear calls for prayer from next door through the day.

awesome location, good food … a/c was not that great but totally fine … rajshekhar uncle were very helpful who sits in front of the hotel , he told us lot of itenaries in kolkata

A good value for money hotel for a solo traveler with a good room interior, bathroom & toilet. . Room service is also available at a reasonable price but the service is a bit slow. . No outside food was allowed. However, this should be allowed. As it is the choice of customers from where they need to eat the food in their rooms. Such service is also available at many hotels for those who have their own restaurant.

The hotel was the best hotel in budget the staff was very humble and kind they made us comfortable the food was too good and they provided us with everything we needed

Not bad. Cheap compared to other hotels so you can opt if you have low budget. Still not bad you would get an average experience

Rooms were good and well maintained. Located easily. Had very few options for breakfast. Service was good.
