Majoituspaikan vastaus: They never followed the accomodation poliies for the check in check out times.As, published on there hotel voucher.Arrived at the property after the check in hours and checked out before our check out times..Never locked the property after leaving.Smoked in the rooms even the property is a non smoking policy wriiten on the hotel voucher and on the live online platform.Smoked out side the property and through all the cigarette buds on the floor outside This is effence in Thailand to keep the enviromnet clean for living animals.Not experinaced world wide travlers. Never followed the Thai culture.When traverling you should respect the accomodation providers policies as mentiond on your booking voucher and before confirming the reseravtion on the live platform.Recomend all the policies before confiaming your reseravtion and if it really suites your needs.and not go by the price.When they smoked through all the cigerate ends on the floor outside the property.have photo images to prove it cctv What ever you do in your country when traverling you should respect the accomodation policies and follow them.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Hi Tina.Thank you for choosing Banyan house as your accomodation provider.As the Thai culture and religions and this is Thai famaily home the Thai tradition they do no wear shoes inside the home.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: They arrived at the property unware of the check out times even it dispalyed on there confirmation voucher.They wanted to check out at 6am even our check out times starts from 8am til 10.30am.i helped them rearrange there ferry service to the neighbouring island. and gave them help and advise on where to go in Thailand.upon conversation he infomed me that he had made another reservation at the property for a one night stay(990 baht) a few days after checking out the property.upon accident however as we are very small property with limited room being this room type had closed inventory and was made during the night closing our inventory.i would need to check the cancerlation policy as the reservation he made was a non refundable he choosen the cheapest rate plan clearly mention non refundable.i infomed him to contact his agent to see if they could give him a refund as the property had to follow the cancerlation policy and demand due to the Thai new year and demand.The property has done nothing wrong just followed our cancerlation policy that are contracted to.This is what you get when you go out of your way to service inhouse guests.They left there passpot untaended on the table where anyone could have taken it.As upon locking the property up on the night time i found there passport and kept in our safe for safety..as soon as issue dose not go there way they then write a bad review even the property has followed the contracted policy agreemnet for the reservation they made by mistake.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Guests.Thank you so much for choosing your accomodation provider Banyan house samui bed and breakfast.The room type that you choosen is the superior Double room the actual room size is corerct 28sqm2 which included the ensuite bathroom.The glass feacture is in the widow frame for seceurty reason. However the windows do open fully where you can open them to allow more natural light to come through.The wall surrounding the property is for security reasons.Howver we do offer much larger rooms either front facing or on the upper level of the property with higher rates. which at the time of confimeing the reservation you had the choose or mentioned to the reception staff and you could have upgraded your room type there was no communication from you.once again thank you for choosing Banyan house samui bed and breakfast.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: As every reservation the guests have their own unique experience as you can see from other guests post stay reviews there have been no reviews on the noise level.if you mentioned your booking ref on your review would have been a great help to find the reservation or if you informed us during your stay that you was not happy we would have done our best to have changed your room type but there was no communication from your side.please kindly note that this property is a bed and breakfast private residence. Not a hotel we provide all the amenities facilities that the written content provides on all online travel agents platforms.
