Housekeeping staff not the most friendly, receptionist was very good though.

酒店去市中心的車很少，所以還是得自己開車去，早餐需要另外付小費，3千人民幣一晚房間和國內的2-3百的商務酒店差不多，整體性價比不高。 當然Key West的酒店價格都貴。

房間寬敞，設施一般像簡易房，衞生很好，住宿含早餐，早點要收小費。雖然臨街房間內很安靜。酒店停車方便收費$16元每晚。總體感覺不錯，衞生很好最重要。

Staff was friendly and helpful. Guest room and common areas were clean and well maintained, but dated. Really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from Key West old district.

接駁車一小時一次，去程要預約，回程太擁擠會客滿，房間很舊了，到處污漬，島上算便宜的旅館了，品質一般，早餐一人18元，沒必要買，不划算

房間和基礎設施很好，前台小劉服務也很好👍👍

Отличный отель по доступной цене на Ки Вест. Хорошо оснащенные номера, в которых есть все необходимое для отдыха. На территории отеля имеется классный фитнес зал, бассейн, джакузи с баром.Также имеется трансфер до центра города. Вернусь сюда еще раз.

ダウンタウンからのシャトルが早めに出発したようです。1時間待つことになりました。

空港からは車で5分と近いのですが、予約したのと違う部屋に案内され、ゲストサービスに連絡しても取り合って貰えなかったです(ベットが一つ足りませんでした) 結局部屋を替えていただけたのは、チェックインから3時間後で、その間に部屋のアメニティを使ってしまったら、交換の可能性がある際は使わないようにと注意されました...(汗)

It is located in Keywest, but it’s far away to the Main Street where people tour. They have shuttle to the key west, which is good. But if let me choose again, I would choose a hotel which is more near the Southmost Point.

Pool is good

Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback.
