Op zich een prima hotel, maar wel een aantal zeer storende zaken: - beddengoed stonk naar zweetvoeten. Zelfs na het vragen of ze het konden verschonen, stonk het nog steeds. Wordt gewoon niet goed gewassen. - doucheputje loopt niet goed door waardoor je in een badje staat. - de pool bar was de eerste dag van ons bezoek nog open en zonder aankondiging vanaf de volgende dag dicht. Zonde, we hadden nog heel wat drankjes aan het zwembad willen doen. - bij het uitchecken werd bijna de verkeerde kamer afgerekend! Gelukkig waren we scherp. - het bubbelbad werkte niet meer na 1 dag. Was nog wel warm maar geen bubbels. Toen we vroegen wanneer wel weer, kregen we alleen te horen: binnenkort. - we zaten om 0700 aan het onbijt omdat we om 0730 gingen duiken. Bij de receptie de vorige dag zeiden ze dat we ruim genoeg tijd hadden voor het (a la carte) ontbijt omdat ze geen buffet meer doen. Pas na 25 min stond ons eten op tafel, veel te laat! Om positief af te sluiten: - goede en voldoende ligbedjes aan het zwembad - prima gym - niet druk - goeie locatie als je wilt duiken

The bartender, Luis, had absolutely no personality and left the bar for more than 20 minutes. We managed to have one drink before deciding to leave. We also ordered nachos, and they were terrible – definitely not something I’d recommend. Overall, disappointing service and food.

Worst Holiday Inn we’ve stayed in. Pictures are very deceiving. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom is in desperate need of a remodel. The AC blew cold air but didn’t pull the humidity out of the air. The pool area was nice and the bartender at the tiki hut was friendly.

Lovely property with 2 small pools and a tiki bar. Bar tender was very friendly and made great drinks. Good happy hour prices at the bar. Hotel is right by the water and a lovely walk. Rocking chairs outside the 1st floor rooms are nice. Room is average, but good for the price. I really hated the pillows. Since they are so inflated and even taking off the unusually small pillow cases doesn't make it softer, I would suggest giving customers another pillow option, which is pretty standard hotel practice these days. Outside of the terrible pillows, we had a great stay. Staff are trained well in customer service and friendliness. For the nice property and good staff, I would just bring my own pillow next time

Une seule nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Accueil bien. Chambre humide telle une piscine, condensation au mur et au sol ….. climatisation très bruyante Petit déjeuner… pas top Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel même pour une étape Passez votre chemin! !

First off this was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Very nice lobby Nice grounds Two pools! We enjoyed them. I didn’t pay for my stay I used points! The room was clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant next to it I don’t recommend it but if it’s late give it a try. We would go agin.

The mixed reviews made us a little nervous booking this property, however our 3 night stay turned out perfectly fine. The hotel's location is extremely convenient-- we arrived by boat and docked at Marina Del Mar, our slip was less than a 2 minute walk around the docks from the hotel. There are also 2 restaurants accessible directly from the docks, as well as several more and other shops within ＜10 minutes walk. We had a first floor marina view room. the room was clean, kept cool by hte AC, made up nicely by housekeeping every day, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was efficient and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Granted, we were on the water most of the day so only in the room/on the property to sleep and shower (and therefore didn't check out any of the bars/pool/etc), but we were perfectly satisfied and would stay here again the next time we are back.

Prima hotel. Kosteloos konden wij vroeg inchecken en in onze kamer. Gratis parkeren. Kamer was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Enorme TV. Prima bedden. Prima douche. Zwembaden waren leuk. Bubbelbad te heet. Eten aan de zwembadbar prima, maar niet bijzonder. Voor een ijsje moet je alleen naar de buren. Het ontbijtbuffet was kinderen gratis, maar het was niet veel bijzonders. Drinken kon je niet pakken, maar werd geserveerd. Wij zouden zeker heroverwegen om hier terug te komen.

We arrived in Miami and took just over an hour to get here. We were pleasantly surprised, had a quad room on the second floor. There were no lifts but had two teenage boys to take 4 big cases upstairs! Room was clean and looked over the water. Ate in the restaurant outside for dinner and it was very nice especially after a long flight. Rooms were clean and spacious and beds and pillows were comfy. Used the pools in the morning all very nice and had pool towels. Breakfast was ok too. We only stayed one night as a base for the keys and then travelling onwards but definitely recommend
